It was somewhat of a dreary day in NYC - a dreary day indeed. There were clouds in the sky, it was hard to see the sun and worst of all it was cold out! It was perfect! For, well… No one really, a dreary day would be a very upsetting thing to wake up to. Luckily, today wasn’t just a Monday Afternoon; it was also the day that The Painter was in town! Oh, and did she have a lineup today!
Lugging a small extendable table across the street; The Painter would sigh, letting out a huff - tired from dragging this table towards the park. She would have a small bag on her back, the girl leaning against the fence gate with a small smile. Even on dreary days, she always tried to keep a smile on her face. It helped keep her mind clear of any negativity so she could paint a lot more effectively!
With the small break over and done, she would lift up the table onto her back - running into the park with a small hop to her step. Could she have used any of her powers to get there easily? Perhaps, but where was the fun in that. Everything that was worth anything was worth a little bit of effect, even if she had to lift a table through the cold streets of NYC.
With a sigh, she would plop the table down onto the grass - tossing her bag onto it two, paints rolling out as she would just pull out a canvas or two out of that… Very small bag. It wasn’t even a dufflebag, it was something small and tiny that she carried on her back with no issue! And she was casually pulling out two massive canvas’ out of it like it was no issue!
Another gift of her powers. Paint a bottomless bag one time, and you never have to waste money buying new bigger bags! You had it all in one, right here.
Eitherway, she would rest her supplies on the table in front of her - pulling out an easel to plant in the grass. Paintbrush in hand, she would casually start to hum as she thought. What would be entertaining to see today? A flower garden with waiters to serve tea? A daring friendly duel between two knights? Oh the options! The girl would rub her chin gently, before just painting onto the canvas with a hum - painting the sky above her with one detail missing.
There were no clouds above her. And just like that, the sky would part as she painted her streaks - the foundation to her painting already impacting the world as the clouds opened up to shine down on the area over the park. Such a sudden change, it wasn’t even subtle! Instead, the sun would beam a gentle warm light over the park as she smiled - this was going to be a good painting. It would make someone a goodly day.
“Tis’ decided! Such a day like this would need a small tea house to enjoy said time!”
She would proclaim, loudly ushering park goers to come towards her. Of course, she looked like a tiny little maniac so people avoided her at first; which she just shrugged off. They’ll come over when they feel okay too! With a happy hum, she would paint seats and flower gates; waiters in suits, carrying tea! And behind her, one by one this little open tea house would appear waiters and all. It was a beautiful sight to see, yellow roses budding out of the ground as this painted Tea House was made; open for all!
The Painter really didn’t consider anyone… Noticing her world changing events. From erasing the clouds above, and suddenly building a Tea House out of no-where. Anyone who would come by would surely be a bit lost by the mystery girl and her powers. But as long as it made them happy, it didn’t matter!
