METAHUMAN INCIDENT RESPONSE AGENCY
AGENT DOSSIER - FILE Nº A-3162-H
SECTION Nº1: BASIC CHARACTERISTICS
|
SECTION Nº2: METAHUMAN ABILITY ASSESSMENT
I. PRIMARY FACTORS.
A. BIOELECTRIC GENERATION
A specialized endocrine system houses mutated glands located in the agent's feet, hands, neck, and sides. These glands, through accelerated ATP production and rapid contractions, are capable of producing currents at an upwards of 5,000 mA. While she is able to moderate the amperage these glands produce, this is at its core a natural, unconscious process, and cannot be fully turned off. As such, physical contact with the agent is not advised without the proper precautions. Additionally, this current produces a constantly fluctuating electromagnetic field around the agent which poses a moderate risk to any non-shielded basic electronics and a severe risk to any form of magnetic or state based digital storage.
I. SUPPLEMENTAL FACTORS.
B. CONDUCTIVITY
The agent's skin has a much higher level of conductivity as well as a higher specific heat compared to normal human physiology. This both allows the subdermal glands to pass current through the surface, and also acts as a natural defense against the heat generated by her charge. This, combined with the energy loss of constant bioelectric generation, leaves the agent with a far lower base body temperature than normal. As a result, the agent is vulnerable to hypothermia at temperatures that a normal human would not be.
SECTION Nº3: APPROVED EQUIPMENT
I. PRIMARY EQUIPMENT.
A. OUTFIT
LED mask with replaceable carbon filters to protect the agent from inhaling ozone. The display is powered by the agent's natural bioenergy, and is fully programmable. A hooded winter jacket with steel plate inserts. The jacket is padded, and is capable of functioning as a form of body armor. A pair of rubberized gloves with conductive aluminum contact pads at the agent's fingertips, and two retractable carbon coils with copper wire cores housed in the gloves' wrists. Standard-issue plated pants. A pair of rubberized boots with aluminum contact pads on the tips.
B. SHIELDED MIRA EARPIECE
Standard-issue MIRA long-distance communication earpiece. It functions on a unique encrypted channel, and is capable of maintaining contact with other earpieces over cellular network. This particular model has been designed with a longer, reinforced antenna and magnetic shielding to protect it against the agent's natural electromagnetic field.
