[*]Health: She isn't known for getting sick or aging beyond her appearance of being in her late twenties. For awhile she tried to master the potion of Longevity. She theorizes that at the age of seven hundred seventy seven her body will give out. Until then however she seems in great shape. She did however forget this researched information.
[*]Survivability and Stamina: Licia has a body that can take damage like any other. She does however have a high chance of surviving the wounds all the same. Besting the chances feint scars line her body of wounds that should have been fatal. By some chance however she endured and with help has continued going. Her most serious showing being when she was kicked from a castle and broke her back and the instance when she took a ballista bolt to the abdomen. She's certainly killable but if it can be survived fair chance she might. A offshoot of what the longevity provided her being the primary reason as to why. With the final benefit just often being able to continue being active a bit longer,
[*]Arcane Eye: The eye of hers with the black ink around it is in fact the spell of Arcane Eye crafted to her body. It grants her night vision, the ability to see three hundred sixty degrees and to zoom in. Boosting accuracy even if without a scope.
Fighting Style
[*]HEMA: Providing a large understanding of historical weaponry of course the other aspects of this are bare knuckle boxing and greek wrestling. In particular Licia favors what was called Irish Stand Down boxing and the use of techniques that were banned as boxing became more of a sport. Chokes kicks and holds are not off limits to her, especially given that fights don't lend themselves to such regulations. Why the toe to toe style though? This is because it's nature is to limit if not outright negate maneuvering it's boxing an opponent in or keeping the distance to each other close. With this she feels her health might help outlast a foe.

~Spells~ [*]Alarm: May choose a door, a window, or an area within range that is no larger than a 20-foot cube. Until the spell ends, an alarm alerts you whenever a creature touches or enters the warded area. When you cast the spell, she can designate creatures that won’t set off the alarm. Licia also may choose whether the alarm is mental or audible. A mental alarm alerts with a ping in her mind and awakens if sleeping. An audible alarm produces the sound of a off beat fire alarm. [*]Arcane Lock/Unlock: A spell to open something or magically lock something. Not to special or noteworthy but is reliable in most situations. Isn't a lot of magic lock smiths going around. [*]Compelled Duel: Magically attempt to compel a creature into a duel. The creature that she can see is put under a arcane psionic influence. If one was to fail resisting it, the creature is drawn to Licia, compelled by divine demand. For the duration, it has a disadvantage on attacking someone other than Lucky, and struggles whenever it attempts to move to a space away from Lucky. The spell ends if she attacks any other creature, if she casts a spell that targets a hostile creature other than the target, if a creature friendly to you damages the target or casts a harmful spell on it, or if she moves more than 30 feet away from the target. [*]Find Trap/Person: The ability to locate traps in a room or know where someone is in a city. When it comes to a person she does need a photo or something belonging to them. In the digital age though thats rarely an issue. [*]Heat Metal: Rather self explanatory that one. magic used to force metal to become red hot, perhaps even melting if it goes on long enough. Keeping it going though does take concentration. [*]Passwall: The magic ability to make a doorway in a surface. [*]Shapechange: The spell to look like someone or something else. Though it has to be a living thing, this will match traits like strength or resistances but does not replicate other abilities. Such as say heat vision. [*]Hold Person/monster: A spell meant to make someone stay still and in one place. Not much else to it. [*]Heal: It is really good at doing what it says. But it does seem to more apply to wounds suffered or poison then say a disease or ailment. [*]Mislead: Licia become invisible at the same time that an illusory double appears where she'd been standing. The double lasts for some time, but the invisibility ends if Lucky attacks or casts a spell. She can move her illusory double up to twice her speed and make it gesture, speak, and behave in whatever way she might choose. It's a duplicate that can full even most machines, but is best used as a possible escape tactic. [*]Enchant ammo: Sometimes she may want a different gun and with this she usually will alter the ammo to match one of her other firearms. [*]Curve Bullets: For one gun in hand for the duration of its existing ammo she can control the movements of a given projectile. [*]Teleportation/Teleportation Circle: Making a circle cost two spell slots but allows her to bring multiple people. While she does usually have a set up to allow her to teleport from her rented room or home, in the field using this will cost a spell slot. | [*]Body Armor: Ghost Body armor is what Licia usually opts for in the field, light weight and comfortable it doesn't provide the fullest range of protection of course. It's size and weight however is far more preferable for the fortunate mercenary. Knife and Edge levels set at two to resist a majority of knives and hand guns that may be used against her. Mage Armor is the spell equipped to boost her durability in a pinch. This comes with but a touch but is using a spell slot so she holds off when she can. Recently she has outfitted one with dragon scales, this though is usually reserved for a more serious encounter. Sure dragon scales make for astounding armor but it's much heavier. [*]Steel Toe Boots: There good boots more importantly though is that they are equipped with Feather Fall. Which helps the arcane gunslinger descend from impossible hights with cat like grace. [*]Provisions: As a merc she when in the field of course usually has at least one liter of water, a days worth of rations, a small med kit, batteries and flares. Lastly is rappel gear Including a hundred meters of eleven millimeter rope cord, the harness, and plenty of grappling gear and anchor slings. [*]Comms Device: A simple blue tooth for communications purposes but more importantly it is imbued with Tongues. A spell that makes it so she can better understand languages. While she knows a good number it isn't perfect and so this is how she aims to counter such. [*]Combat Knife: While not as concealable Licia favors a fixed blade in the field, the sturdy nature and greater ability for parrying is a go to for her. She choses the Gerber Silver Trident designed by Seal Team 2 Chief Jim Watson the silver trident has a double edge clip point serrated both top and bottom blade. Heat treated the one fifty four cm steel has a Rockwell Hardness of fifty nine to sixty one. A razor sharp edge while having a tough design finished with a black coating to prevent corrosion and reduce visibility in the field. DuPont Hytrel handle with the center hard while the surface is textured and soft for a reliable grip in use. Sheathed above the left breast for a fairly quick draw into an upper guard stance with a blade six point eight inches in length. But what is more important is, Counter Spell. Fact is Lucky is not good with on the fly magic, so she put Counter Spell into an item while its a great defensive however it can only be used three times a day. [*]1 magazine of Frag Rounds: Bullets that use a hint of dragon's blood and bone slivers for super affordable but super potent munitions. When the bullet connects a fireball is cast that also tosses the bone. These bones though few in number and small in quantity can shred likely even some of the more durable super humans. And that flash of fire is like the breath of a dragon turning much into slag. [*]The Dragon's Eye: rings worn on either middle finger that allow a flamethrower that rivals the breath of a dragon. Good for three uses on a given day for fifteen seconds long of a burst. |
~Grenades~ Daylight!: The actual look at the sun kind of flash grenade. Its almost blinding in its intensity and suppose many a vampire wouldn't like it. Meteor!: Upon throwing the grenade four meteors about the size and weight of a car are summoned. One directly where the grenade lands, and the other three are variable, but must be within ten meters of the initial strike zone. Not recommended for indoor use. Thunderclap!: A sonic grenade of thunderous acoustic force not just ear splitting but also generating powerful concussive force. CloudKill! A poisonous yellow cloud fills the area of twenty feet. With each passing moment in the obstructive smoke intoxicating the body even more. Chain Lightning!: Upon contact it releases three bolts of lightning which can each chain to additionally three targets. The targets of choice may be up to Licia | ~Guns~ [*]Side Arms: The Beretta M9A3 is Licia's go to, having two holstered at her sides. Each is naturally outfitted with the ability to have a silencer put on, when not equipped the silencers are usually resting on her left leg. The M9A3 uses a sand resistant seventeen round magazine. Firing a nine millimeter round accurately at up to a hundred meters. She carries a lot of these on her however. And while no spell is guaranteed to hit its hard to dodge a bullet and the rounds work well as a delivery system. These grenades and bullets don't seem to strike her when used but thats about as far as her influence on the AOE goes. Wrist Holsters: (Magy) Magic Missile! These are her favorite pistols and rarely are they not on her person spring loaded to be concealable and drawn with ease they also have magic missile munitions. These bullets follow a mark aiming for center mass. And should Licia choose the one tracking bullet may become three. Shoulder Holster Left:(Flare) Fireball! Upon impact the bullet erupts with a three foot wide ball of fire not unlike a grenade in every bullet. Shoulder Holster Right: (Zap) Lightning! Upon impact a lightning bolt comes down on the target. Hip Holster Left: (Ebby) Eldritch Blast! Upon impact the bullet will release a beam of mysterious chaotic energy, most just think it some kind of laser thing though. Hip Holster Right: Catnap! Upon impact a small AOE of a sleep spell is activated. Usually putting those in the area under for an hour should they not be injured further. Ankle Holster: (Beady) Blindness/Deafness! Upon impact the bullet also robs a target of the ability to see and hear. Back Holster: (Dis) Disintegrate! Upon impact the bullet looks to disintegrate a target, however while potent it is somewhat limited to the bullet of choice. Often times it will meet armor and thus the bullet proof vest will be reduced to dust rather then the targeted subject. |

Thus she took to studying magic. Much of her time trying to apply magic to combat, and using her mercenary profits to research the potion of longevity. Long story short she learned how to make the potion and took enough to make her live for a long while.
For all her studies and experience however Licia always had a particular issue. No matter how hard studied, how hard she tried she could only manage around seven spells a day. Which may sound like a lot, but then you consider say always wanting one for healing or transportation and now your down to five a day. Trying to pursue a bounty? Well now you may want to use find person so now down to four a day. It's just easy to run out quickly, so she looked into an alternative of enchantments. Equipping herself with a load out of spells instead.
Her home suggests she may know more about magic, but changing a load out is no easy task. She also doesn't like remembering spells. These spells listed come naturally to her so they are her go to. Theres a lot better magicians out there who can sling spells all day. But screw them try dodging a bullet that also may drop a lightning bolt on ones head!

She's a avid collector of historical stuff, and usually tries to be nice to people. Her attitude is usually rather easygoing until discussing business. Despite this though she also is no saint. a lifetime of merc work has lead to having been the villain just as much as the protector.
