Name: Sacha Kravchenko
Alias: Lethe, The Bullet Witch, The Once Reaper, The Wisteria Ronin, The Violet Vixen, Gunslinger Girl,
Date of Birth: January 3rd, 2005
Sex: Female
Species: Human
Occupation: Freelance Superhero
Height: 5 ft 2
Weight: 110 lbs
Identity
Lethe is a Freelance Superhero who's fame and name come with a degree of controversy due to her past as child superhero. A veritable loose cannon for a time, Lethe had battled terrorist, corporations, zombies and . And from there -- she has engaged a great many other escapes with entities from terrorist cells, corporations, zombies, supervillains and even other heroes.
However, after therapy with a man by the name and being taken in by a famous hero named Noctua -- Lethe's life had been stabilized in time for her own adulthood. Now Lethe is a fairly well known and seasoned freelance superhero -- who makes money by swiftly responding to crimes from various sponsors and patreons, of whom she unbound to. She resides primarily in Millenium City. And she is known as being one of the few human superheroes there. However, Lethe frequently travels on a whim throughout general united states area. And will travel outside of it under certain circumstances. When asked for motivations as to why? It often is something along the lines of "it's something I enjoy!"
Lethe's past before becoming a superhero however is obscure and unknown to all but a few. And despite offers and an often friendly personality -- Lethe turns down a great many interviews. And her identity remains a secret to the public.
Abilities
Despite being a human, Lethe has numerous abilities which border on supernatural if not outright are
Big Brother: An intuitive and instinctive sense of danger that compliments Lethe tactical mind.
The ability used to come in the form an apparition who would instruct and warn Lethe of dangers. From pointing out distant snipers to illustrating the type of punch that her opponent would throw. She now knows that this apparition was a figment of her imagination. A manifestation of her own trauma from losing her long lost brother.
The ability now still will illustrate danger to Lethe and allow her to not only anticipate attacks in the near future, but to find the most ideal route possible to escape it. Big brother is enhanced by Lethe's senses and knowledge. But her mastery of the ability is still somewhat limited. It is capable of long term thoughts and will likely prompt Lethe to move. But it only warns Lethe of danger rather than ideal solution to a problem. And it only warns of dangers that are relevant in some way to her.
Much of the workings of this ability are mechanically not known to Lethe. She never had to really understand why it worked. Only that it did.
Unseen Sense: Lethe has a minute sense for the supernatural. She knows little of "magic" but knows it's presence.
Supernatural Neural Plastcitiy and Hypercompetence: Lethe's mind is very flexible and abnormally so. She learns and picks up skills extremely quickly. Lethe can learn the moves of fighting styles at a glance and languages after being present in a country in a few days to a week.
Weapon Affinity: One might think that Sacha's abilities to use firearms are by born are exclusive to this. However, in reality, Sacha's abilities are that of death itself. Thusly -- she is capable of using practically any weapon. Guns are simply the most effective conventional, handheld weapon. And one that delivers often the swiftest and most efficient demise. Outside of explosions.
However -- Sacha is not limited to such weapons. She can use many things as weapon. From stabbing a human being in the temple with a pencil, to decapitating a man with a samurai sword. This affinity however, is no mastery. Like anyone else -- Sacha must use a weapon extensively in order to truly push the weapon to the brink of what is mechanically capable.
Bullet Witch
Of all the personal weapons which deal death in the world of conventional man, no weapon is as efficient as the gun. It's wrath is swift. And it suits Sacha. She is a killer and while she can be indifferent to pain at times, it is no what she seeks. She is one who would remove battlions like a reaper with a scythe harvesting wheat.
It is so then that the most efficient weapon to reap humans is the gun. With which Sacha is capable of dolling out instant death. Sacha can quickly pick up most any gun by simply using it and experimenting with it in a very brief amount of time -- enabling her to at minimium match top level marksman. However, unlike many who are used to shooting stationary targets, Sacha is well capable of shooting objects as quick and nimble as bullets let alone people.
However, with weapons she is accustomed to, she can accomplish borderline if not outright superhuman feats of accuracy.
Full Auto Accuracy: She is able to maintain her accuracy during fully automatic fire. This allows her to lay waste to men by the squad in mere moments.
Through shooting the same area multiple times in rapid succession, she can impart large amounts of kinetic energy to a single spot. This allows her to overcome any kind of conventional body armor and can even shoot through lightly armored vehicles with weapons that typically wouldn't be able to overcome it. Sacha can more or less dump the entirity of a weapon's kinetic energy onto a singular point, not unlike a laser. In Sacha's hands, this functionally means that ordinary weapons become exponentially more powerful.
Spear: A simple handgun becomes capable of punching through multiple armored individuals and bulletproof glass. A rifle becomes becomes capable of punching through parts of a tank. This ability becomes exponentially more powerful with higher rates fire, higher magazine capacities, higher powered rounds and better armor piercing materials.
Buzzsaw: By focusing her fire on a concentrated limb or in a line, she can Cut objects (and certain limbs) with weapons. The more powerful the weapon, the greater her ability to sever limbs, body parts, wires, etc...
Double Tap: She is capable of rapidly tapping the trigger at such speeds that the gun feels almost fully automatic -- firing many semi automatic weapons at RPMs comparable to automatic weapons. And with often little cost to accuracy.
Suppression: Sacha shoots an arrangement of bullets in a hellishly difficult and specific arrangement to functionally make a "wall" of bullets. This makes her rounds more difficult to dodge.
Weave: Lethe dodges an attack partially, lessening if not outright negating the damage of the attack despite contact. This can turn an otherwise fatal attack into something than merely knocks her back or scars.
Counter: To take an opponent's force and use it against them. With this attack, she turns the momentum and strength of an opponent into her own by striking while the opponent is attacking. The potency of the attack depends on what she counters with and where she hits. Using her bare hands for example would mean she can break her hands against someone else's fist. But using a solid steel katana results in her splitting the fist and entire arm easily in two.
This can be applied to most weapons. Sacha has used this to push a Wakazashi to cut through several of monster's arms. And she could use the power generated by one's movement to makes bullets into deadly obstacles.
Parry: Lethe deflects an attack rather than block, sending it's energy away. This can be done to opponents who are exponentially stronger than her to varying extent based on the type of weapon she's using. This can be done with fists, swords, guns or even with bullets.
Throw-Back: Lethe is seemingly knocked down when in reality, the strike she would have otherwise have eaten would have been far more severe. She has trained herself to get up sometimes, instantly.
Cover: A simple and regular maneuver which is often forgotten in combat due to the nature by which people train. Usually, in rings and open fields where things are fair. Lethe has learned to use her environment for her. This applies to both gunfights and melee battles. Lethe jumps over a car to stop or slow down a rushing opponent or hides behind a tree just in time to block a master marksman's shot.
Stick: A particular skill which may only be used against opponents who are od great or superhuman strength or speed. Lethe grabs the opponent’s limb as they throw or draw back a strike and functionally moves with as a free flowing object. As someone grabs back a punch she is lifted into the air. As someone swipes at her with a sword, she is standing on top of the blade.
Flow-State: A state of familiarity and nearly supernatural competence. Of knowing exactly what to do and when to do it. Movement comes from almost seemingly nothing in the mind as Lethe simply acts without consciously thinking of or acknowledging what it is she is doing at all. Confusion fades as the path becomes more clear. And mistakes less frequent.
In Lethe's case -- she does what she does best. And that it is simply too become an funloving killing machine. As though she were playing a video game. However, life is not a video game. And often, Sacha cannot enter this state unless she is indulging in her killing addiction.
As a hero -- the opportunity to enter this state. And thusly more mistakes are made. And her offensive and defensive capabilities are hardly ever at the peak of what they could be.
Violence Affinity: Sacha is capable of sensing both conflict and violent intent in environments and people.
Multi-Lingual: Sacha can speak several langauges fluently. And has had to do so for prolongued periods of her life.

Physicals
Having trained under legendary hero Noctua -- Lethe has pushed her body beyond previous limits and touches close to the peak of what humans her size and build can accomplish physically. She maintains a consistent regiment and a well made diet.
Strength: Once having only to kill, Lethe can lift nearly twice her own body weight from certain positions and can carry people who are heavier than she out of danger. Not only this, but she is capable of picking up people larger than she is and throwing them. =
Much of this is a result of intense training. In particular -- Sacha has undergone rather intense isometric strength training which allows her to increase her strength without necessarily having to great increase her size. This allows her to bear the weight of heavy objects. In her case, it means being able to carry out men who are overweight or even clad in body armor. This strength also gives Lethe the ability to handle exceedingly heavy weapons for extended periods of time despite her small size. With this -- Sacha can wield two 50 pound dumbells, extend her arms out and simply hold them there for half a minute.
Focusing strength into her tendons and ligaments allows her to gain increased strength without increasing her mass. And allowing her to still yet develop explosive muscle fibers. And can move nimbly despite her strength. The strength Sacha has cultivated compliments her own dexterity rather than impedes it. Much of the very same strength she uses to aid in her lifting, allows her also to skillfully and precisely maneuver her own body weight. With this -- she can propel herself using only her arms, statically hang from the smallest of cracks on walls and ceilings, and let her suspend herself midair by just pushing on surfaces.
Speed: To compensate for and at times because of her small size -- Sacha is explosively swift. In a manner modeled similiar to martial artist, Sacha is adept at moving quickly in short bursts as opposed to in running. As opposed to being the fastest sprinter, the deadly dancer is a master of "shifting" her own weight and moving in singular steps. Within close range -- Sacha briefly becomes faster than the ordinary eye tracks.
Functionally -- this allows the Gunslinger girl to ironically dance around the aim most of most lesser marksman and to be seemingly nigh untoucable by a singular, ordinary person. While not untouchable, her precognition allows her to stay several steps ahead of faster projectiles and some speedier opponents. However, these bursts have a limited distance.
Of particular note is Sacha's ability to basically move her hands faster than even her eyes can see.
This allows Sacha to strike exceedly quickly and to manipulate weapons with seemingly inhuman efficiency. Drawing blades in the blink of an eye, ripping eyes from their rockets or firing on someone before previously being unarmed are just a few things not beyond the bounds of her ability.
This however has numerous other applications, from typing quickly, playing instruments or even arranging objects in an instant. She can also use this to place items on people quicker than most can see -- such as replacing a coin in one's hand with another object ,before they have the opportunity to close the palm.
Agility: Lethe is skilled in both footwork and freerunning, which enable her to fluidly through fight and flight alike. Her movement can be erratic and moves somewhere between a soldier as she tactically roles to cover in a tight space to a someone who seems to dance around bullets and frolic in fields of shrapnel ducking and weaving punches like martial artist. Combined with her ability to predict trajectories, and few people can touch her. And even fewer can land clean shots consistently.
In a way, her agility gives her a functional increase in durability, as she escapes very sudden impacts which would kill most men.
Derangements
Truth Compulsion: It is said that some demons do not lie Lethe always keeps her promises. If she doesn't she loses her mental abilities and merits, becoming functionally all but a normal girl.
Obsession: The violet vigilante tends to fixate on things and mostly that which is most relevant to her goal.
Killing Affinity: Lethe is hardly the killer she once was. But it would be a lie to say that she doesn't enjoy it. It is engrained in her very being. Though it is no longer the addiction it once was, it still yet impedes Lethe's non lethal efforts. She is more capable and happier when killing, seemingly constantly suppressing this urge.
Big Brother: Something which looks, sounds and for all intents and purposes is her brother. But she knows it is not.
He appears before her and no one else. Once thought to be a ghost -- one Doctor Alvis has allowed Sacha to realize that this is but a part of her. An echo of her brother. Thusly -- this hallucination is no ghost and will not appear before anyone else. Because it is a figment of her imagination.
Equipment
Lethe totes around a wide variety of equipment, often for different situations and opponents. Most of her equipment is all within the realm of that which can be conventionally obtained. Others are armaments that she gets primarily from Millenium City. As a hero -- Sacha has legal access to much of the bleeding edge hardware that law enforcement and military has.
Sometimes, Sacha's weapons can break or be broken as well. And thusly she keeps other weapons around to be used just in case she loses one as she has in the past when it was more scarce. While apprenticing under Noctua has given Sacha a greater access to resources, she is hesitant to lean to much on this.
Glock 18: A selective fire machine pistol. It is so far, Sacha's most frequently used weapon. The Glock 18 is a durable firearm capable of withstanding a great degree of abuse which the superhero puts it through. It's accuracy able to be made reliable by Lethe's own skill and it's fire rate allowing her to drill through armor. It is a fairly compact weapon which fits well in her hands, usually available only to military, law enforcement and other government organizations due to it's rapid fire nature.
It fires the 9mm Parabellum round. The most common handgun round fired today. Thusly, Sacha can scavenge such ammo easily and cheaply.
IMI Galil ACE: A modernized version of the Galil, this weapon is functionally an Israeli made variant of the infamous AK47, albeit with improvements. It fires the 5.56mm NATO round, much like the M4. Allowing a great degree of accuracy and an increased magazine capacity. Sacha seems to prefer the latter though it's of course easier. It can be modified to fire 5.56×45mm NATO, 7.62×39mm or 7.62×51mm NATO rounds. Each round offering varying degrees of muzzle energy and magazine capacity.
Sadly, this variant does not feature a bottle opener like the original.
MP5 45: A submachinegun which fires the powerful .45 ACP round. Capable of being suppressed.
High Frequency Katana: A tool steel katana. The sword able to wielded in two hands and functions akin to a european longsword, but with a better cutting edge, while still being able to stab very well. The sword has applications in self defense in that it can be drawn extremely quickly.
It is edged in a tungsten carbide composite that matches diamond's hardness and surpasses it in heat resistance. By channeling an electric current through it -- the blade vibrates in a manner that is too subtle to be seen by the naked eye. Thusly it cuts through most materials in a manner not too disimiliar to a chainsaw. It's hardness however allows it to cut through steel and concrete with ease. And it more or less amplifies cutting power without having to have the strength to boot. Cutting with it thus comes down more to edge alignment.
High Frequency Wakizashi: A short sword capable of wielded in a single hand. This weapon is notably difficult to disarm and eliminates the possibility of grabbing the hilt. And it can be dual wielded with the other sword effectively due to it's shorter length. It also can be thrown accurately. The weapon is identical to the HF katana in composition and capability, but is more compact.
Yoshi Dori Tanto Knife: An armor piercing knife with a single edge and a thick spine. Capable of both stabbing into armor, slicing flesh and can accomplish mundane things like cutting rope.
Throwing Knife: Specialized knives made for throwing. They lack an edge and thusly, have an extremely sharp point and are durable to the point of being bullet resistant. These knives are indeed able to punch through soft body armor. And they have numerous niche rolls. Notably they are silent. They can create a great wound cavity and can impede movement to a greater degree than a bullet by virtue of being a large object. They can also be used to climb. They are also much safer in certain environments where guns present a danger -- such as with volotile explosives present.
Rope Knife: The exact same as the throwing knife above, but with a heavy duty fishing line on it.
Tactical Flashlight: A small and extremely bright flashlight. Can be used to blind opponents in a fight. As well as many other normal uses.
Grappling Hook Gun
Likely the most advanced weapon Sacha has -- the grappling device is a staple among many superheroes, this weapon is especially gifted to Lethe by Noctua. It's mechanisms complex while it's use are simple, the grappling device shoots an extremely strong claw and cable over a vast distance -- and then uses a winch mechanism to propel the user through the air quickly.
Needless to say -- this device augments Sacha's mobility vastly, allowing the girl to ascend entire skyscrapers in mere moments and swing from distant building to distant building or to rapple down from a great height gradually. It has other uses in grappling distant objects though whether or not Lethe herself is pulled or the object depends on it's own weight and anchoring. It can also be used against individuals. Through against ordinary people without -- it's sharp claws and grip can prove to be hazardous.
The gun has roughly the same recoil as a conventional firearm.
Bullets
Lethe had a wide variety of rounds for dealing with humans, superhumans, monster, machines and other present objects in the environment. She cannot carry every item on her person at the same.
Hollow Points: A round for handguns usually made for being able to punch into it's target.
Teflon Coated: A mostly "cop killer" round meant to allow the bullet to cause less wear on the barrel, which also happen to increase the penetration of weapons such as handguns as it slides through it's target and is less likely to ricochet. The telfon surrounds a hardened metal core which would otherwise wear on the barrel and encounter decreased efficiency as energy is lost to friction.
Rubber: A "less lethal round" consisting of a metallic round coated in rubber. This bullet is meant to be shot at the ground and ricocheted so as to hit individuals with less force. Sacha is capable of bouncing these rounds easily off most any surface. From walls, ceilings, loose hanging objects and almost any conceivable thing. Firing directly at someone practically can strike with superhuman force and pressures, easily capable of bursting blood vessels of a normal human being and breaking the hardest of bones.
SLAP: Saboted Light Armor Penetrator. A round that is that designed especially to penetrate light armor -- usable more so for the 7.62x51mm and up. Typically a sniper round these days, this round was designed to be able to be used in Sacha's small arm weaponry. The round consists of a Sabot which houses a diamond hard tungsten carbide dart that functions more like a supersonic arrow then a more blunt bullet. This allows the round to at least penetrate most conventional materials it comes across.
Incendiary: Rounds available for 7.62x51mm and up. These rounds can quickly heat up target and times melt through them. It can serve to make targets weaker to oncoming attacks and can ignite certain surfaces.
Grenades and Explosives
Mostly custom grenades made and designed by Sacha herself for her express purposes. Tend to be constructed to minimize collateral damage and notably many lack shrapnel due to her hero work. They are more so constructed for demolition and for engaging superhumans.
Concussion Grenades: Pure explosive grenades -- lacking anything in the realm of shrapnel. While it has a smaller radius -- the explosion itself is powerful due to this blast wave. This grenade is more effective indoors and also creates an extremely loud noise.
Sticky Bombs: A versatile, very powerful and attachable sticky plastic exposive composed of semtex. Can be used for numerous purposes. In the right places, a few pounds of it can bring down small buildings. And if Lethe so desires, it can be used in close quarters against metahumans.
Smoke Grenade: A compact grenade that produces a thick purple mist that is the same color as Sacha's armor. This contains a tiny amount of explosive and rather than releasing the smoke gradually -- it It enshrouds the entire area for 30 feet instantly and lasts around half a minute. It can disperse visible light in a thick plume of vapor.
Flashbang: An M84 Flashbang. Intensely loud and bright flash grenade. Producing a brightness of 7 Candela, 12 Millions lumens and 170 Decibels (many times greater than a jet engine and lightning strike, but less than a conventional explosion.) The grenade produces an infamous blindness and disrupts the inner ear -- causing humans to lose thier balance falls.
While a flashbang is a non-lethal weapon when used properly. The explosion can start fires. And at too close a range -- it could rip off fingers in the palm of one's hand or blow apart a skull if inserted in say -- the mouth.
Chaff: An electronic countermeasure with disperses a wide array of often metallic strips. In Lethe's case, these electronic strips are made to disrupt a wide variety of frequencies all across the electromagnetic spectrum. It also contains smoke to block out visible light as well. And the explosion heats many strips so as to disrupt thermal.
Shock Grenade: A grenade which contains a capacitor rather than a battery. It gives up the sustainability and reuse of a battery for the ability to dump a large amount of electricity quickly and within a single use. Able to store around 25 megajoules per kilogram. Being able to dump this immediately at lethal voltages makes this grenade deadly against most human beings.
Electricity from it does not travel through air however. It either needs to touch it's target or travel a conductor. This can make the device be usable on direct contact against super humans or used against non insulated machines.
The Super Suit
Lethe's costume -- sometimes affectionately called her supersuit -- is an especially made armor catered to her purpose and fighting style.
The overall design of the Violet Vigilante's armor is to provide lightweight protection, while being both stylish, iconic and eye catching. Indeed, rather than being made to hide, the armor is made to attract enemies to her. Thusly, it for the most part sacrifices stealth in many areas in favor of a rather deceptive durability.
Overall -- the armor protects against a wide variety of threats -- including blunt force, bullets, heat and illusions. All the while while allowing Sacha's her acrobatic mobility. And remaining fashionable to boot.
Features
Ballistics: The costume's FRAS armor can prevent damage from up to .308 Winchester fired from battle rifles (2,718 ft lbs) and even 12 Gauge slugs ( 2,363 ft. lbs) from shotguns. In general -- this armor requires prolonged fire in order to wear down or to be shot with a higher caliber round in order to pierce.
Outside of the FRAS armor -- Sacha's suit is lined with Kevlar, allowing her to withstanding lower powered rounds throughout her body. AR500 Steel toes in the feet allow her boots to withstand lower powered rounds. This armoring also existings in the forearms and can allow for deflecting bullets in a pinch.
Padding: Protection against blunt force trauma. D30 Gel allows Lethe to be struck with superhuman amounts of force when the impact is against the chest. The scalp cap beneath Sacha's cap and within her wig can actually protect against glancing blows on the head. While still allowing Sacha to retain full view of her environment and hear everything.
With the armor, most normal bows to the body won't even harm her. She can be hit by a car and more or less be fine. And regularly takes hits from superhumans
Cut Resistance: The afro mentioned Kevlar and D30 Gel both naturally protect against knives when combined. It offers a high degree of stab resistance against most varieties of knives, shrapnel and other hazardous surfaces. It also allows Sacha to slide without hurting herself.
The boots are comprised of kevlar rather than leather. And have a steel reinforcing the toes and soles to both protect the feet and allow for more powerful kicks.
Heat Resistance: The armor is heat proofed in it's near entirety with the exception of the face -- which can heat proofed in a pinch using her cape. While Kevlar offers exceptional heat protection, the armor needs more to be able to withstand increasingly common energy weapons and to allow for sprinting through burning buildings.
The armor features a layer of starlite and Areogel beneath the armor. Functionally, the armor can protect against a blowtorch being held over her and most ordinary flames.
While the face is exposed, this can be covered with the cape. Or it can be detached and given to someone else.
Impact: The armor adds weight to Lethe's frame and also reinforces many striking surfaces along the body. Thusly, it allows Lethe to punch and kick much harder than she could otherwise. SAP gloves augment the hands. Steel toed boots augments the feet.
Glider: Lethe's cape is composed of a durable, carbon nanotube composite memory fabric. With it she can glide or fall from practically any distance unharmed.
Blast Blanket: Lethe's cape doubles as a shield and can help with redistributing the blastwave of an explosion over her body. It also can help dampen the noise of it.
