...Well, you wonder why I always dress in black
Why you never see bright colors on my back
and why does my appearance seem to have a somber tone
Well, there's a reason for the things that I have on.
Name: Katarel Insondia
Gender: Male
Age: 200
Alias: The Man in Black
Species: Meta Human
Description:
Katarel is tall, more than seven feet, with broad shoulders and a confident but patient gait. In the past, he was known for wearing long grey cloaks, grey gloves, and a grey hood. Beneath the hood was a head of bone like the skull of a beast, distinctly not human. He was a known villain, active, powerful, and willing to kill whatever stood in the way of his objectives. Then one day, many decades before this one, he simply vanished.
Today Katarel wears black victorian style gentleman's clothing and carries a cane the color of burnished gold. His grey gloves have been replaced with black and his hood with his exposed skull. In addition to the Victorian long coat he wears a black gentleman's vest edged with deep crimson and highlighted with intricate burnished gold filigree. He towers above the average human and his arms and legs are both thick and well muscled. He does not carry himself with any sort of haste and is content to eventually arrive where he means to go.
Powers:
Telekientic Artistry- Beyond mastery, there is art. Katarel can manipulate telekinetic influence to the individual molecule. Focusing on such small scales takes more effort and concentration but he's been known to use it to start fires, among other uses. He's not able to affect the parts of a person inside their body, largely because it's difficult to constantly adjust his focus to an unpredictably moving target. His powers reach out to thirty feet around him. He rarely lifts a finger, nor makes a gesture. He simply enacts his will. He also uses this power to glide and or levitate himself when required, though his preferred method of locomotion is a casual, steady walk.
Advanced Durability- Whatever Katarel is, durable is an accurate descriptor. He can shrug off the impact of a speeding car or shrug off wounds that would be mortal to a normal human. He is not invincible however and even such wounds will eventually wear him down. He is particularly vulnerable to guns, which do significant damage to internal organs. He can essentially ignore bullet wounds to his limbs (provided the limb is intact of course) but a hit to the body will cause significant problems.
Cane Sword Mastery- The Man in Black is an excellent swordsmen, though only with cane swords. He does not bother with other weaponry, least of all guns.
