I. PRIMARY FACTORS.
A. PRECOGNITION
'True' precognitives are exceedingly rare. The ability to accurately map the future is immensely powerful, and if anyone possessed it, either everyone on the planet would know their name, or nobody would. The mercenary known as Orphaner is not a 'true' precognitive. Rather, he possessed a highly limited variant of precognition, which allows him to see roughly six seconds into the future at all times. While this doesn't give him the power to game the stock market or win sports bets, it does offer him a significant advantage in combat. The so-called 'White Death' knows precisely where his opponents are going to strike, possibly even before they do. This ability does call into question notions of causality and predetermination, both of which are too great in scope for this document to encompass.
B. CYBERNETIC ENHANCEMENTS
Though Orphaner's extensive cybernetic enhancements are not strictly metahuman in origin, they are permanent fixtures on his body, and should be classified as abilities, rather than equipment. As Orphaner has never been captured, nor sighted without most of his armor intact, it's difficult to know precisely how much of his body has been replaced or augmented with machinery. However, he has displayed clear posthuman capabilities, despite possessing no known metahuman abilities that would allow such things. The following list is speculative, and should not be regarded as exhaustive or complete.
Judging by Orphaner's speed, his legs may have been completely replaced. He has managed to keep pace with speeding cars on foot, seemingly without tiring in the slightest, which suggests that his lungs may have been similarly augmented, either with cybernetics, or a genetically-modified 'bioware' replacement. Likewise, his striking power implies that his arms are steel rather than flesh, with Orphaner having been recorded punching through a brick wall, and tearing the door off of an armored car with relative ease. These arms may also account for the fact that he's demonstrated the ability to react fast enough to a gunshot that he can deflect a bullet with the side of his blade. While his precognition may play a role, this is not strictly possible with human arms, even at the peak level of athletic performance.

II. SUPPLEMENTAL FACTORS.
A. CEREBRAL ENHANCEMENTS
This section is entirely speculative, and may be of little relevance to agents in the field. However, the degree of skill apparent in the available footage of Orphaner in the field suggests that he's highly trained, to a degree which may not be strictly possible given his presumed age, which is estimated to be in his late twenties or early thirties. Due to his presumed other cybernetic enhancements, it's not inconceivable that the 'White Death' could have similarly augmented his brain, in order to enhance his ability to absorb and retain skills and information.
SECTION Nº3: SPECIALTIES AND SKILLS
I. PRIMARY SPECIALIZATIONS.
A. SWORDSMANSHIP
According to expert analysis, Orphaner appears to have been trained in the satsujin-ken style of kenjutsu, also known as the 'way of the murdering sword.' This style was designed for those who fight with violence as an end, not merely a means. Some specific techniques he uses are suspected to have originated from the Brazilian 'New Shadow School,' which closed its doors permanently after the sensei was killed by one of his own students. Whether Orphaner was responsible for this or not is unknown, but his skill with the blade is undeniable.
B. MARTIAL ARTS
On the rare occasions that Orphaner has been disarmed, he's displayed an equivalent competency in unarmed combat. Unlike his kenjutsu, however, he adheres to no single 'school,' although the discipline to which his style demonstrates the most influence from is undoubtedly judo. Overall, however, Orphaner draws on over a dozen martial arts disciplines, as well as less formal schools like brawling. His objective in any fight is evident- to kill his opponent.
SECTION Nº4: APPROVED EQUIPMENT
I. PRIMARY EQUIPMENT.
A. TWIN BLADES
The dual katana wielded by Orphaner are perhaps the deadliest pair of swords on the planet. Each one is forged from pure carbonadium, a rare metallic alloy that's extremely expensive and difficult to manufacture, even in small quantities. This means they're virtually unbreakable, and capable of cutting through the flesh of even the most durable metahumans. Moreover, the blades are believed to possess a monomolecular edge, making them quite literally as sharp as any blade could possibly be. As if that weren't enough, they're both equipped with a 'high-frequency' or 'HF' modification, which vibrates the blade itself at incredibly high frequencies, adding to its cutting capacity. These three factors mean that Orphaner can cut through just about anything, be it concrete, titanium, or supposedly 'invulnerable' flesh, with the same amount of ease.
B. ARMOR
In order to accommodate the highly mobile combat routine he favors, the 'White Death' cannot wear heavy armor. The additional weight of his cybernetics restricts him further. However, the custom-molded ceramic plates that Orphaner wears are still extremely effective at protecting their owner. Capable of absorbing small-arms fire without so much as a scratch, it will also absorb several full-strength blows from a powerful metahuman, or multiple rounds from a sniper rifle or shotgun, including those equipped with armor-piercing ammunition, before beginning to break. Underneath that is a stabproof layer of titanium tri-weave, dyed in his signature white.
II. SUPPLEMENTAL EQUIPMENT.
A. ORDINANCE
Orphaner makes use of various explosives in his criminal activities. These include traditional incendiary and fragmentation grenades, as well as a 'sonic grenade,' standard smoke and tear gas, flashbangs, and red phosphorus grenades, which generate smoke that even infrared cameras cannot penetrate.
B. MISCELLANEOUS
As with most 'urban ronin' of his type, Orphaner possesses a variety of miscellaneous tools that he carries in various compartments on his person. These include a grapnel gun, lockpicks, painkillers, and undoubtedly much more, although the full extent of his arsenal remains unknown, due to the limited available footage of the subject.
