Dear Jacob Hunter,
This is a Confidential Request for a Bounty wanted alive. If you are not up to the task, do not open the other envelopes entailed to this letter and instead return it to the address on the back of this exact letter.
Recently, an incident has occurred in Site [REDACTED], Facility [REDACTED] in the State of [REDACTED]. Two of our Subjects took this chance to escape. From what we have been able to tell, they are right here in New York City. Although this specific Bounty is for one of the bigger threats.
She goes by the name [REDACTED] and shows NO discrimination in killing. She kills whoever and whenever but is our greatest work. The Perfect Soldier. Yet she is tricky. She will know what you are trying to do and will easily wiggle her way out. Try not to harm her in a way which will be permanent. Subject [REDACTED] is 5ft5 in height, she has ginger hair and her eyes are covered with a bandage - this was the state she left the facility in.
If you do NOT go at her with the intention to kill she will easily kill you and walk away unharmed. This task is rather heavy and if you deny then it is fine. We will just go ask for someone else. A quote that anyone hired by the Agency must follow for situations such as these: “If a breach of containment containing Subject [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] is made, it is vital to follow the Lure and Retrieve Mission orders as they are extremely dangerous but more so valuable.”
You will be reward far more handsomely than you could ever imagine.
From,
The Agency.

Behind the Letter was another envelope containing Incident Reports, Parts of Interview Audio Logs, Parts of a normal Audio Log:
Parts of Audio Log 34:
Subject [REDACTED]. [REDACTED]. Not only is she the first successful [REDACTED] Host, she is also a [REDACTED]. She has been here for 11 days. Current time: 1337. Due to her murderous tendancies we have decided she will be in need of more ‘outside stimulation’, because of this an outside enclosure is underdevelopement. This is to prevent her from actively attacking any staff members who show interest in her. We have been sinking into some of our… expendable resources; allowing Subject [REDACTED] to listen to staff stories. As strange as that sounds these stories seem to keep her content, Subject [REDACTED] will happily sit in the middle of her cell, watching and listening to all of the words the staff have to say. Subject [REDACTED] has shown to be more intelligent than we were expecting when we first received the call. Her questions about the stories show her pulling out the smallest details and learning more. Anything told to Subject [REDACTED] must EXCLUDE mentions of murder, death, and locational information. If none of this can be avoided the personnel interacting with Subject [REDACTED] will be terminated. Many attempts have been made to take away her weapons. None were successful. One incident led to Subject [REDACTED] third breach of containment - See Incident Report 01-0A3. We have been structuring a routine for Subject [REDACTED] with the input of many different divisions. This will include Psychological Evaluations, Physical Evaluations, Sensory Stimulation and Sensory Deprivation. All current information of Subject [REDACTED] before being taken to Site [REDACTED] has been extremely limited. We still have ongoing investigations of her home area in [REDACTED].
Loud scratching and banging on glass can be heard muffled in the background.
Someone decided to poke the bear… her Cautionary Warnings will be plastered around Site [REDACTED] later this week. The military personnel are going to cause another breach… Ending Log.

Parts of Incident Report 01-0A3:
53 deaths, 74 wounded.
Attempt two of taking Subject [REDACTED] weapons failed. From now on we will be making zero attempts at taking those knives from Subject [REDACTED]. She will be permitted to have them and no other personnel will attempt to take them from her unless Subject [REDACTED] initiates them holding the blades. If ANY personnel are caught with her blades they will be met with deadly force.
Due to her importance to The Agency, we have been prohibited from killing Subject [REDACTED], only allowing to cause minimal damage and finishing the job with Sedative Darts.
Two hours into Subject [REDACTED] Containment Breach, one personnel landed a dart. After one had been hit it was easy work as the rest followed swiftly. Clean-up was called immediately. Upon their quick arrival the - what we thought was dormant - [REDACTED] had shown itself, freezing our ‘fearless’ staff and taunting them. It appeared to be of neutral stance as it talked to Subject [REDACTED] casually, stating its fears and doubts. Not only did it begin to take Subject [REDACTED] back to her Deprivation Chamber, it also warned us about its [REDACTED]. Since we do not have ample information on this [REDACTED], a precautionary measure has been made for all staff members associated with Subject [REDACTED], and all staff passing through ANY of Subject [REDACTED] areas to not speak of anything to do with [REDACTED]. If caught speaking of the phrase they will be demoted to expendable personnel.

[REDACTED]: I said keep your voice down. Yes. She is the Perfect Soldier The Agency has been looking for. She is not bound by morals and works on her own terms. Very little in her mind shows what could sate her needs, [REDACTED] seems curious nevertheless but her energy is undying. She will easily win in a battle of attrition against me and god knows how many others.
Interviewer: Good. That means with more time and tests we will have articulated her to listen to our orders. In a battle of attrition you would lose? To a small girl like her? If I’m being honest I think you are bluffing here.
Interviewer: I - I see she has awoken. But there is no need for us to keep our voices down like you’ve been saying -
Interviewer: - she shouldn’t… be able to hear us…
[REDACTED]: [REDACTED]can probably hear us slightly, but she is mainly sensing us. As you said, you are not equipped to deal with a [REDACTED] like herself. Well, I’ll be saying my goodbyes now. Adieu!
“WARNING! WARNING! SUBJECT 01 HAS BREACHED CONTAINMENT! EVACUATE TO YOUR CLOSEST SHELTERS IMMEDIATELY! WARNING! WARNING! SUBJECT 01 HAS BREACHED CONTAINMENT! EVACUATE TO YOUR CLOSEST SHELTERS IMMEDIATELY!”

Very little in her mind shows what could sate her needs, [REDACTED] seems curious nevertheless but her energy is undying. Low growls began to scratch the walls as Subject [REDACTED] had already wandered around the cell multiple times, looping back to the mirror and holding her hand onto the glass, staring in with her blindfolded face. She could sense they were there. She knew.
Interviewer: Good. That means with more time and tests we will have articulated her to listen to our orders. In a battle of attrition you would lose? To a small girl like her? If I’m being honest I think you are bluffing here.
The Interviewer rolled their eyes before being startled at the blindfolded girl glaring into the dark space behind the one-way glass.
Interviewer: I - I see she has awoken. But there is no need for us to keep our voices down like you’ve been saying -
Subject [REDACTED] began bashing into the glass, snarling and baring demonic canines with a dagger in hand as she cut into the wall bit by bit. Kicking and slamming the glass.
Interviewer: - she shouldn’t… be able to hear us…
[REDACTED] stood up, briefly looking at his Host before facing the Interviewer for a final time.
[REDACTED]: [REDACTED]can probably hear us slightly, but she is mainly sensing us. As you said, you are not equipped to deal with a [REDACTED] like herself. Well, I’ll be saying my goodbyes now. Adieu!
[REDACTED] bowed as if he ended a show. As the dusty shadow disappeared Subject [REDACTED] burst through the glass, rolling onto the shards and leaping at the Interviewer.
“WARNING! WARNING! SUBJECT 01 HAS BREACHED CONTAINMENT! EVACUATE TO YOUR CLOSEST SHELTERS IMMEDIATELY! WARNING! WARNING! SUBJECT 01 HAS BREACHED CONTAINMENT! EVACUATE TO YOUR CLOSEST SHELTERS IMMEDIATELY!”
Interview ended at 0313.
A Stumble into Deceit.
There she was, the Half-Demon roaming the parks of New York City at night. Not too close to the back alleys but not far away either. Lyra was, for once, content. Satan’s Shadow had stopped bothering her and even though her wrists and ankles were burnt from the broken shackles she seemed unaffected. Infact, the little demon was skipping along bare feet. Not a singular speck of blood on her, she looked normal. Like a typical human being. Lyra was so content she had even wrapped the bandage that would usually be around her eyes around her neck instead.
Everything about her screamed that she was human. Her encounter with the other Subject - Subject 16 - and a Spider-like Hero had sated her thrill and blood-lust. If anything this was the most peaceful she had been since the last Docile State.
The dreary night sky, the low humming of the continuously busy New York City, the chimes of broken shackles, the quaint humming of her own voice… Perfect.
Nothing could stop her mood from dropping, she had unlimited people to go after - even if they were all boring - and so far The Agency hadn’t come after her either. Yet, something really was bothering her. Lyra sighed before leaning up against a skinny tree in the park. She spoke through the link with Satan’s Shadow:
“I’m bored.”
“I cannot help you with that, last time you managed to attract a Hero and another Subject.”
“So? At least they were interesting… I want to see the Subject again - his parasite was weird looking.”
“I’m surprised you were even paying attention to your surroundings while trying to kill me.”
“Why wouldn’t I be paying attention? The Spider thing was weird. He hurt a little by kicking my back.”
“You’re welcome but you never seem to not surprise me. Well, what do you want to do?”
“I want to move about more but everything here is just… annoying…-”
Lyra then accidentally said the next bit out loud.
“I’m booooooooored.”
Her mind was filled with a low echoey sigh before going quiet. She had nothing to do. Her whole life had been formed around killing and hunting. She had done nothing more and now no one was here for stories either. She was out, she was free but she was bored. No one she liked was around, nothing interesting was appearing. Even after the break out and the many words of how interesting New York City was… maybe they were lies? Would the Agency Personnel lie to her? Probably… for certain they would to save their own skin.
The little half-demon rolled her eyes before humming a little louder in the dark.
