If you need me to change anything, just let me know c: Sorry about the long bio! I’m gonna start my second CS, are children allowed? Everyone is an adult, I think it would be cool to have a kid join in, if that’s cool!
Children are fine, and no worries about the length! I'll be posting the Link to the RP right now, I'll link it here

Backstory: Mya doesn’t really remember much of the people who actually raised her. She got separated from her clan when she was five, running into Mikitaka not long after. She found a bloody fox laying on the floor, near death. Mya did all she could to try and heal him, in exchange, he took her in and started to raise her as his own. I might make another character based off a dnd character I made, a Changeling bard who's instrument is a harmonica, potentially allowing him to have a hand free for a weapon while playing it.
Name: Ka’Zha Age:184 Gender: Female Race: Naga Traits/Abilities: Ka’Zha is blessed by the blood of the Queen, as such she and those before her are considered direct descendants of the Great Mother of all Naga. She is tied in close to the natural world and granted strong shamanistic power among living plants and lesser beasts. Also, those of her blood have been known to grow much larger and older than common naga. At current, Ka’Zha spans almost 40ft from head to tip and is still considered a youth of 184yrs. While much stronger than any man, most of that speed and power lies within her muscular tail. Her scales provide enough protection to rival the thickest of hardened leather. Finally there are a pair of delicate fangs tucked gently behind those sweet lips. It’s said that there is no known antidote for a queens venom. Given the training of her people and her natural instincts, Ka’Zha would be a deadly foe against the ill prepared, however she lost the will to fight but don’t back her into a corner and then expect to come out unscathed.
Back Story: Ka’Zha was born on a chain of twelve small islands known as the Serpents Tail. Each island was home to its own clan, though all were united under the clan of Ka, under the rule of Chieftess Ka’Sesh her mother. For ages her people had lived in peace with their surroundings and one another, caring for the lands and seas which were the source of life and shelter for countless generations. Some say that these islands were the birthplace of all naga, as such they were revered as sacred. Outsiders were to be slain without question, sacrifices ensuring the peace and tranquillity of their homeland.
Ka’Zha questioned this practice, having always been of a more curious nature than her elder siblings. She wondered what was beyond the great sea, what treasures outsiders may possess that they have never seen. It was this curiosity that would bring disaster to her people, despite Ka’Zha’s pure intentions.
Breaking the laws of her clan, Ka had visited a young human who was to be sacrificed along with the rest of his crew. Like so many before, they had unfortunately stumbled across the islands without knowledge of the inhabitants that dwelled within. His hair was red as fire, a color unlike any among the clan, captivating Ka’Zha’s attention and spurring her curiosity all the more. Ullrick Gwynfor was the man’s name, and though few could hope to speak, much less master the Kay’s ancient tongue, Ullrick was able to befriend the naive naga girl and convinced Her to help him escape.
Under cover of night was Ullrick freed, the guards passed out on a conveniently placed vessel of black nectar; a strong and unique beverage beloved by the naga. At the base of a stone cliff, Ullrick made his escape in a single lifeboat that Ka’Zha had saved and hidden before it could be destroyed. No one knew how the outsider escaped, though Ka’Zha’s mother suspected her beloved daughters hands were involved. Since the guards were found drunken the next day, they were both sacrificed in the man’s place. The guilt and shame that Ka’Zha felt was punishment enough, but little did she know her troubles had just begun.
Ten years passed in peace, life continued as it always had until one day that peace was shattered by a peal of thunder! Another, then another! Storms were not uncommon to the islands but their scent was not on the winds this day. Ka’Zha had been out foraging as the sound rolled through the forest, sending birds and beasts alike to flee as smoke billowed from the direction of the village. Ka’Zha raced back, sounds of the screams of her people sending chills to the tip of her tail.
Her heart sank at what she saw. The males of her village, though great hunters and warriors, lay slain in pools of blood. Everywhere she looked were men clad in armor harder than bone or shell, wielding tools and weapons like none her people had ever seen. What’s worse we’re the ones clad in robes, whose fingers seemed to chill the very air. It was if they had harnessed the cold from the great mountain itself and were using it to freeze her people into submission. Even her mother, the greatest shaman among the clan, lay powerless.
There was little Ka’Zha could do but flee this nightmare, and as she gazed upon it in disbelief her blood froze at what she saw next. There amidst the men stood one she knew, the one with the fiery hair. “Ullrick… “ she muttered under her breath, knowing it was him without a hint of doubt; Ka’Zha also now realized that this was her fault.
Slithering out from the shadows and smoke, Ka’Zha shouted his name to the top of her voice, “ULLLLRICK!!!”. In sheer surprise all eyes turned upon this naga girl, the sting of frost biting her scales while she was quickly surrounded. “Stand down!” , Ullrick commanded as the men backed away. Though she understood little of his language, it was clear to Ka’Zha that he was their leader.
What little she knew came flooding back to memory as her gaze fixed pleading to Ullrick. “Ullrick.. no.” She shook her head before pointing to her people. “Pleasssse….help….free”, Ka’Zha pleaded repeatedly, bowing her head. Ullrick lifted her face and shook his head. “ Ka’Zha, I haven’t forgotten your kindness, but you are far too valuable. I suppose I owe you the same kindness. Free, Go” he replied, pointing to her and then the forest behind.
Ka’Zha glanced over her shoulder then back to Ullrick. She knew what he meant and that there was no intention of freeing her people. Shaking her head no, she outstretched her wrist to be bound, choosing to share the fate she had brought on her home. Knowing this much, she now felt the full weight of of what she had done. As she looked at her people and her mother, all she could do is repeat “forgive me” .
Ka’Zha and her people, even the dead, were loaded onto some thirty ships off the coast of her homeland. Of course how was she to know the young man she had freed was the son of a wealthy slave merchant, or that her people were prized by men to be kept as pets and their flesh used as reagents for potions and remedies. Still what she had done was unforgivable in her own eyes, thus she banished herself from ever returning to her home or clan; if it even exists.
Since Ka’Zha had given herself over willingly, Ullrick was not completely heartless. He took her under the care of his house as a servant and treated her well. He even saw to it that her mother was well treated in a neighboring kingdom, at least that’s what she was told. Ka’Zha’s trust was broken as was her heart, and this life was now penance for her sins.
For forty years she served Ullrick without complaint, learning to both speak and write the common tongue per her masters command. Ka’Zha was loyal and obedient until the day war ravaged the masters homeland. She would have fought and even died if he so commanded, but Ullrick final words to her were “Be free and live as you see fit”. Strange words from a man who built his life off enslaving others. But where would she go? There was no where left was there?
(So much for what started as a simple short backstory lol. Hope you allow me to join in)
What a shame, I was really interested. Well if it ever starts back I’ll be sure to join in. I’m hoping the little concept I’ve thrown out there will gain some interest
