all of my inspiration comes from rhythm games/rhythm game related media and i saw that they did this common design element in the jacket of do it ama site and i want it on my page
gonna be tough i think! i think backdrop (background?) filter miiiight work but i am NOT familiar with that even though i think its in the div guide (im a FAKE FAN i know) but i reckon it would look pretty sick if i can get it to work :) that would also require me to make a sheet that looks good as well but who cares literally who cares
- nhelv theme (finished, its the conhedra one) - stager theme (in progress, its for a robot called stager because penn is a nerd who knows what stager is) - nulctrl theme? (sounds horrible to do but i would like to)
i really should link the original videos in these actually
cant think of a good place to put it in but background-image:url(https://i.imgur.com/yCeWC8b.png) thats the grid background

[attr="style","grid-area:CC;font-size:120%;"]ALL STAGE CLEAR is more than just an arcade, but you didn't hear that from me. Once a month, when the arcade is supposedly closed for maintenance, the owners host an exclusive event: the EXTRA STAGE Tournament. Whilst it started out as a structured tournament, EXTRA STAGE ended up becoming a less structured, more casual affair, where participants battle it out in handmade mechs in a totally not staged or embellished in any way robot fight club.
Anyone who wants to participate in the battles with their own mech must first run it by Penn and the other arcade staff to make sure it won't tear down the neighbourhood or kill either pilot, but spots in the audience are open to anyone who wants to watch, provided they know what to say to the bouncers out back. Sometimes, audience and arcade regulars are asked by Penn if they want to pilot one of ALL STAGE CLEAR's three in-house mech suits: MOMENTUM, RIOT, and the most coveted of all, STAGER.
(All named after rhythm game songs, of course. They are made by Penn.)
STAGER is practically the posterbot of EXTRA STAGE, and admittedly is the one that gets most of Penn's mechanical attention. Whilst MOMENTUM is focused on speed and RIOT on raw power, STAGER is intended to be a more versatile, all-rounder type of thing. Most of the new weapons and prototypes get tested on STAGER first, and it has become somewhat of a fan favourite- both by the audience, and by anyone who gets to pilot it. Penn is very protective of STAGER- she has to trust you a whole lot before letting you in this thing. Most of the time, if STAGER is being used in a match, it's Penn sitting in the cockpit. Whilst it may have some combat potential outside of semi-scripted robo-wrestling, it mostly stays parked behind the arcade.

[attr="style","grid-area:CC;font-size:120%;text-align:justify;"]Okay, when it comes to looks, this isn't exactly Virtual-On, but there's a little bit of that game in there- as well as a whole bunch of other games too. Much of STAGER is made of spare arcade parts discarded from ALL STAGE CLEAR. The lighting, paint work, and most of the interior are the most obvious arcade converts, but the Melty Blood runs a lot deeper than that. In fact, Penn estimates that approximately half of all materials used in STAGER come from the skip at the back of the arcade. It's a real Virtua Fighter!
[attr="style","display:grid;grid-template-columns:15px auto 15px;grid-template-rows:15px auto 15px;grid-template-areas:'TL TC TR' 'CL CC CR' 'BL BC BR';"]
[attr="style","grid-area:CC;font-size:120%;text-align:justify;"]There's no fancy neural integration, full body controls, or anything like that with STAGER. Piloting this thing is For UltraPlayers- the entire control scheme is managed by the buttons, joysticks, and weird turntables of various arcade games. As such, there's a bit of a learning curve when it comes to making this thing move, but it can be Million Mastered by anyone, not just its original owner. There is a heads-up display projected onto the front glass pane, which tracks info such as ammunition and damage levels, but this can be turned off if things get too hectic in combat. Whilst the fights may get intense, that reinforced glass is usually enough to keep the pilot inside safe from Calamity Fortune.
{Notes (CLICK TO SHOW)}It's Penn's epic robot that she pilots and might bring into actual epic combat situations outside of robot fight club
robot fight club is coming soon also
uhh sheet is based on
the other 2 robots names (momentum and riot) are based on "the 89s momentum" and "blastix riotz" respectively just thought you should know. because this is robot wrestling, momentum works as more of a face, and riot is more of a heel. stager is uwu epic mascot time everyone loves stager or whatever

[break][break][break] 1) its in nospaces, which means any time you want to go onto a different line, you need to put a (break) (replace the brackets with square brackets), and two breaks if you want to leave a line gap [break] 2) i couldnt get the images to work just yet, so im using emojis as placeholders. yes im aware this makes it look kinda weird. yes i will fix this if people complain loudly enough. [break] 3) as with the previous phonecode, if you want the size of the text box to scale with the text, you have to alter the frs manually. if you cant be bothered, just copy the code for the FIRST TWO text boxes and use that for the whole thing.

Vague title aside, the ability allows him to create a clone of anyone he makes eye contact with, including any and all metahuman or otherwise supernatural abilities. The clone is perfect on almost all levels- they have the same shape, build, and capacity of whoever they're based on, creating a flawless doppelganger in a practical sense. In fact, there are only two major differences between replica and original: their colour palette, and their [i]alliance[/i].
The doubles are almost completely monochrome, like a living photograph from an old camera, with the only colour coming from their eyes- a vibrant, almost [i]luminescent[/i] red. It is [i]speculated[/i] that these eyes are a sort of weak point, where a clone of an otherwise incredibly durable being can be attacked in order to guarantee serious damage, but, of course, Wren has never cared to confirm this.
It goes without saying that the clones Wren creates are subject to his will alone. They operate as a sort of hivemind, with each entity having the ability to act separately, but still be connected to Wren. Admittedly, he doesn't quite know how all this works, but the [i]how[/i] never really mattered to him. Like his own persona, these [i]Reflected Apparitions[/i] are tools to him- very useful, very powerful tools. As such, Wren rarely ever fights as himself, since these clones are far more powerful.

When a clone is killed, they disappear, melting into a puddle of mercury, causing Wren to feel a sudden, intense pain and become more and more fatigued. Naturally, this is something he wants to avoid, and he has two methods of safely destroying a clone which doesn't harm him: dissolution, and absorption. Dissolution causes the affected clone to melt, in much the same way as death would, after making direct eye contact with Wren. Absorption, however, is a little more interesting.
Upon physical contact with a clone, Wren can absorb it into his body, replenishing his energy a little- and, most importantly, transferring a little of their copied enhancements. It is hard to say what exactly he would obtain, as that varies from case to case, but it is never a [i]complete[/i] copy, like the clones are. The powers he gains are gained in minor increments- the clone of a pyromancer, for example, would allow him to cause a small candleflame in his palm, on first absorption.
The level of these powers, however, is not entirely set in stone. If Wren were to face, clone, and absorb the clone of the same person multiple times, then the power he gains will become closer and closer to matching the level of the real thing. It might be the case that Wren could end up perfectly matching a particularly frequent opponent, but that would likely take a [i]lot[/i] of cycles. Still, the potential is enough that he sometimes chooses to let particularly [i]interesting[/i] opponents live to fight another day.[/div][/div][/div][/div][/div][div][attr="style","background-color:#0C021D;padding-top:100px;margin-top:-3px;"][div][attr="style","padding-bottom:100px;text-align:justify;width:70%;margin:auto;font-size:130%;color:#AAAAAA"]Null is evil.
