SCHWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!
"ALL RIGHT MAGGOTS! HOPE YOU'RE READY!"
The instructor stood proud in her bright saturated red athletic wear, the worn silver whistle was held firmly between both lips. Taking a deep breath, her blow into the whistle let out another sharp cry to pierce the ears of the gathered students. It had to have been no earlier than eight in the morning. Confident her students were very much awake the instructor tucked the whistle into a small pocket." Mornin all! I see you're all well rested....good!" She crossed her arms, a fiery gaze scanning each one of them." I am Ms.Aya, but I prefer to be called 'Coach'. I'll be your instructor this year for 'Conditioning', and it's gonna be tough."
Conditioning. One of the two main classes for first years arriving at the Academy. The focus on improving physical and mental capabilities to better handle Gimmicks. Not every Gimmick is physical based, but its always good to be in tip-top physical shape. "I'm gonna break you all and mold you into lean-mean-killing machines! Bet on it." Coach grinned widely. Standing in front of the entrance of a worn metal gate that sectioned off a forest. Colossal Oaks who's tops were lush with deep green leaves and branches like anacondas it ran deep. A dingy looking wooden sign hung very loosely just over Coach with the faded words, "Forest ofDeath Pain".
This was one of two of the best training locations used by the Academy.
Located on the farthest islands. And the lesson that was planned for today would use this specific area to its fullest with the options it offered. "Today's lesson however, won't be about breaking your bones, that's next one!" She hopped into some warm up exercises, and stretches." To be honest formalities are usually pretty boring, I'll get to know you over the course of the day pretty well! Now then time to get to work!" Finally feeling limber, Coach pulled out a little golden bell from another small pocket. It chirped merrily while being attached to her side with some simple string. "Todays lesson will be simple-" Before finishing the sentence, Coach took a large squat and leapt backwards like a frog up into the top of the Oaks. Landing on the thick branches gracefully smiling down at her students wanting to soak in their expressions.
Where she stood now was a small crater with the imprints of her white sneaker bottoms in the dirt. "You'll have to get this bell from me by the end of class. Use all abilities and methods at your disposal and you can't leave the forest!" Not giving the students even time to ask questions Coach darted off deeper into the woods. While her body disappeared, the sound of the bells merry cheer progressively became quieter.
Eventually nothing could be heard of her.
The class was left alone.
His name was Julian. Sporting his signature white head band and black school jacket. Eyes full of similar fire and a very confident posture he rolled his shoulders and begun to jog in place. Letting loose the energy that he had stored up from waiting during the instructors speech. "Alright!!!!!" Julien let out a scream of excitement. "If she thinks runnin away is gonna make this harder, she's got another thing coming!"
