Personality: Mellow and nice and likes to be up high.
Biography: Mina is an orphan living at the Yokai Orphanage and is the sister-via-orphanage of Yukiko.
Primary Power: Once transformed Mina is able to unravel two ribbons which she has full control over like any other appendage. The ribbons are strong, able to lift well over three times Mina’s body weight, and have proven themselves as more than durable to wrestle an irate Grimm into submission. The ribbons feel smooth as silk, and are very hard to cut.
Secondary Power: Once transformed Mina gains a pair of wings that she can fly with! She can easily lift around the weight of one person and fly, however attempts to carry two grown adults or a large Grimm take a lot of effort and she can’t go far.
Tertiary Skill: Mina is very good at baking, and she can make a mean cheesecake.
Hyper Power: With a burst of magic Mina calls forth a variety of multicolored ribbons, which she can use much like her two original ribbons. Different ribbons have different effects depending on their color. These effects can range from sapping Grimm of energy, to causing them direct damage, or poisoning them.
Clutch Power: With the activation of her clutch power, Mina’s ribbons will seek out any nearby Grimm and spear into them. The Grimm will then unravel into ribbon which Mina can then control. This ribbon will take on the shape of an animal of Mina’s choosing.

Personality: Setsuko is a quiet, muted girl. She isn’t the sort who enjoys engaging in long conversations, and will often give short clipped replies when she has to speak. It is hard to tell if she enjoys or dislikes being around people, she does not actively seek out being around others nor does she seem to actively avoid being around people. Other people simply are.
Biography:
Primary Power: In Silence
Setsuko is able to absorb the ambient emotions of any who are around her leaving her targets muted and dull. Grimm too are affected by this power, lesser beasts are simply torn apart and absorbed into Setsuko’s being while Lords suffer the same as humans. Setsuko’s abilities also affect the powers of other witches who rely on intense emotional charges to work, clutch powers for example can be hard to activate while in Setsuko’s presence.
Secondary Power: A Puppet’s Wish
Around Setsuko, one can feel a sense of peace, of tranquility. The negative thoughts that plague their mind will find rest, and sprouts of joy can blossom in one’s heart.
And, should she do wish it, the opposite is true and rancor can reign king.
This power has very limited effect on anyone who does not have a chip.
Tertiary Skill: Setsuko is surprisingly good at dancing rhythm games, despite the fact her expression never changes.
Hyper Power: Respite Within the field around Setsuko, all things find pause. Grimm will cease to move, sounds will turn to silence, magic used within this space will evaporate. Humans will find themselves with no desire to continue on, only witches will find themselves able to move, act, and think. Then, once released all of these things stopped will happen all at once, anywhere within the field that Setsuko wishes them to happen within.
Clutch Power: Voice of the Silent
All the repressed feelings of anger, of rage, of envy, of despair, of hatred are all released in a sudden destructive burst of fury, pain, and energy. In the fallout, intense pressure surrounds Setsuko pressing anything that attempts to draw close to her into the ground.
Any humans caught within a one hundred yard radius of this attack must report to the nearest facility to have their chips replaced, and will be required to undergo a week of psychiatric examinations and observation. Anomalous behavior has been detected in humans exposed to this power.

Primary Power: Scouring Flame.
Duchess possesses refined control over the manipulation of fire. In particular, her ability largely manifests in arc-like flares, which shoot out and expand from their place of origin. When they come into contact with any stopping surface, they explode violently, sending off mini-flares in all directions around the point of impact. In addition to the flares, she can also generate massive waves of intense heat, beams of concentrated fire, and bouncing "fireballs" that spin and whistle as they fly through the air. She is able to create these displays anywhere within her line of sight, with the strength of the ability weakened by distance and reduced visibility.
Secondary Power: Rise from Ash.
Any moment Duchess would sustain a lethal injury, her body is bathed in fire, and she emerges fully healed of any physical wounds. However, she takes a negative mental strain equal to the level of damage her ability mended, leading to impaired judgement, volatile emotional states, and eventual mindless rampage. The further on this madness is, the more gold Duchess' eyes become.
Tertiary Skill:
Few know it, but Duchess is an exceptional tennis and volleyball player, and will often use her "vacations" while recuperating to improve her game. Beyond that, she has a fondness towards rafting, kayaking, and fishing.
Hyper Power: Firefall Flight.
Encasing herself in a giant inferno, Duchess takes the form of a massive flaming raptor. This only lasts for a few minutes, but while it holds, the effects are devastating; Every flap of her wings sends waves of searing heat, every time she cries a vortex of fire shoots from her beak. While in this form, Duchess is able to ascend high above a target, dive-bomb it, and let go of the flaming body in an explosion that decimates everything within fifty feet of the impact.
Clutch Power: Unleash.
This is a triggered clutch, activated only when a certain level of negativity exists in Duchess as a result of her secondary. Forcing the energy through a similar method to her hyper, Duchess unleashes a 700 foot wide wave of fire and heat. Everything within the first fifty feet is incinerated, up to the 200th sustains third-degree air burns, 400th second-degree, and 700th first-degree. Those at the edge of the radius experience a strong arid wind, that while uncomfortable, is harmless.

Personality: She is a very upbeat sort of girl. Friendly, personable, always full of bustling energy, and at times somewhat flighty. She enjoys talking to people, but she also doesn't handle conflict well. When arguments break out she's quick to turn frustrated, which can then turn to a sudden spike of anger. Further, her personality isn't fully stable, much like her powers, her personality too has a tendency to change in subtle ways. In January she grows hungry easily, in April she is warm and quick to feel affectionate towards others, in August she often grows nostalgic and so on.
These changes don't often have too much of an impact on her base personality, but it is noticeable when a new month ticks over, and she suddenly starts acting a bit differently than she had before.

January: Hunger Moon (Hunger) January is the withering moon, the Hungry moon. It is the moon which presides over a starving world as stores of food run low and the numbers of animals grow scarce. Under this moon Yue embodies that hunger, makes it palpable for all who draw near. Yue grows quite hungry very easily during this month.
Primary Yue can whip a creature of her choosing into a frantic, starving fury. From there she can give it direction, push it towards something for it to try to eat. Yue can turn Grimm against their fellows, turn them into a frantic fury of hate and hunger.
Secondary Those around her begin to feel the pains of hunger, no matter how close it is to their last meal. Once they leave her area of influence the hunger will begin to subside, so long as the person wasn't already hungry to begin with. The closer to the full moon the stronger the hunger pains, the further her field of influence, and the longer the feeling persists afterwards.
Hyper Her opponent begins to wither away, like they had gone a great amount of time with nothing to eat. The closer to a full moon this power is used, the more emancipated the target of the attack becomes. Strength is sapped away, until nothing is left of the Grimm until a quivering of vapor.
Clutch When she uses her clutch Yue can devour Grimm with a touch, strip from them the flesh and bone and emotional energy. Using the gathered energy, Yue can heal any damage to her person so long as she has the necessary energy to mend the wound.

February: Snow Moon (Storms, Snow, Ice) February is the moon of snow and ice, when the world is smothered in a layer of white and silence reigns in a frozen world. While under this Moon, Yue can do the same to all around her, coat the word in snow until nothing moves.
Primary: The area around Yue is subject to a sudden storm of snow and ice, which pealts the area and covers every surface in a blanket of snow. With this power she can completely cover a Grimm, and turn it into an ally which will follow her commands.
Secondary: Even if she is unable to cover a Grimm completely, Yue can create golems of snow and ice which she can then command to carry out tasks.
Hyper: In a snap of intense emotion Yue can whip up a frantic storm of snow and sleet. This blizzard will strip the heat from your bones as it buries your body under an ever increasing mound of snow.
Clutch: When she uses her clutch power, any person or creature which comes into direct contact with Yue is immediately turned into ice, and then can be directed like a golem. Humans can be safely defrosted and returned to their human form.

March: Worm Moon (Death, Decay,Growth) Under this moon the world begins to defrost, and life begins its work anew to grow and replace all that has died.
Primary: With a glower at a Grimm, Yue is able to infest that target with worms that burrow into the monster’s bodies and feed upon their flesh. Grimm infested are rapidly immobilized by this attack, but stronger ones can remain a threat for several minutes, though Yue can infect them further to speed up the process.
Secondary: Once infested the worms will feed upon their host, until they have killed the Grimm, or gathered enough strength to metamorphosize. The worms will hatch from the Grimm as either a swarm of colorful birbs or butterflies, which can then attack another Grimm enmasse to feed on them.
Hyper: Yue can use whatever remains of a Grimm after her worms have consumed it to mold and form it into a new creature. This Grimm will be loyal to Yue and do whatever it is she instructs it to do. Further, so long as a Grimm has been infested by the worms, Yue can break their bodies apart as use the materials all the same.
Clutch: With a swish of her wrist, Yue breaks apart all currently infected Grimm and collects their essence together into a great cocoon. This collection of essence will continue until the cocoon reaches an appropriate mass at which point the cocoon will hatch into a large butterfly. This butterfly’s wings are the size of cars and look like they are made of stained glass. With each wingbeat the butterfly releases spores that can immobilize Grimm allowing it to easily suck their essence away.

April: Pink Moon (Healing, love, energy) The pink moon is that of the lover’s first blush, the joy of first meeting and the blooming of affections in one’s chest. This is a joyful moon, one which seeks to restore the damage to the world. While under this moon Yue seeks to help others more.
Primary: With use of her primary power, and a kiss, Yue can transfer a portion of her magical energy to another person. In doing so, she also gains the ability to use a weakened version of that person’s powers. The longer the kiss the stronger this effect.
Secondary: Under this moon, any scars or unhealed wounds which are upon Yue’s body heal and fade away. If she had lost any body parts in the previous year, or during this month, that body part will regrow. It is theorized that if she were to die, then she would be revived by this power in April, but for obvious reasons this has not been tested.
Hyper: WIth her hyper power, Yue fills the air with pink beams of joy and love. Any who are touched by these beams will be healed of any physical ailments they might have, wounds will close, bones will mend, and lost blood will be quickly replenished. Grimm, when entering this field of pink and love, often start to dissolve.
Clutch: With a burst of positive emotions in beams of pink bright, Yue is able to infatuate any Grimm (or humans) that she hits with the beam. Those that are hit by a beam will fall deeply in love with Yue and will attempt to fiercely protect her from anything it deems a threat, even if it happens to be another Grimm she has infatuated.
With a kiss, Yue can disintegrate any Grimm she has infatuated.

May: Flower Moon (Growth, blossoming, Fertility) This is the moon of beauty and growth, as the world flourishes anew and new life joins the old.
Primary: Yue is able to seed Grimm and cause their bodies to rapidly mutate and turn into plantlife. These plants will then attack other Grimm to devour them for nutrients. The plant-Grimm will grow as they consume more nutrients.
Secondary: At her touch withered plants can find life anew, or achieve rapid growth. She can also cause plants to pollinate early or bud and bloom when they normally shouldn’t. She can also cause plants to maintain their blooms for longer than normal.
Hyper: All Grimm currently under her control who have been fully turned into plants bury themselves under the ground. Once buried these Grimm grow quickly, soon sprouting from the ground as a dense and colorful jungle. This jungle will attack any Grimm which enter into it or attempt to harm Yue, and any Grimm killed will be incorporated into the jungle.
Clutch: All Grimm under Yue’s control unravel outwards into an expanding garden of flowers which washes over all available surfaces. These flowers release a fragrance that puts Grimm to sleep and boosts the powers of any nearby witch. The pollen produced by the flowers cause new flowers and vines to grow on any Grimm that it touches.

June: Strawberry Moon (Fire) This is the moon of summer and heat, as plants begin to produce the succulent fruits to entice one to feed.
Primary: Wherever Yue steps, flames follow. The fires that spring up in her footsteps sprout quickly into strawberry bushes that harm any who are unfortunate enough to touch them. On the bush strawberries grow, if eaten by a witch the strawberries will apply a fire effect onto the powers of that witch, and the strawberries will burst in a damaging spray of fire when touched by a Grimm.
Secondary: Yue can create a wall of fire to act as a barrier, though the flames are not solid, they are intense, the heat enough to drive most threats back, or incinerate any projectiles that attempt to pass through the flames.
Hyper: Yue breaks free one of the strawberries from a bush and infuses it with her powers. The strawberry grows quickly in size, and glows with internal energy. Yue can then throw the strawberry to create a massive inferno of flame and shrapnel of seeds.
Clutch: Vines of flame erupt from the ground and tangle themselves around any Grimm who are unfortunate enough to be close. The vines will continue to grow around a target until it is killed, before a new target can be chosen.

July: Thunder Moon (Shockwaves, sound, storms) This is the moon of thunder and storms, when the booms of thunder can be heard across the lands as the clouds grow heavy and the rains hard.
Primary: From the tips of her fingers while under this moon Yue can fire off bolts of lightning to damage a target. With a thrust of her palm she can create loud crashes and sonic booms which can cause harm with blunt force trauma.
Secondary: With the power of static electricity Yue can cause two objects to stick together. She can also project her voice and make it boom.
Hyper: Yue can amplify all surrounding sounds to dangerous levels, and produce damaging shockwaves to break apart the bodies of Grimm who get trapped in the area of echoing noise and cutting sound.
Clutch: In a final moment of desperation Yue can whip up a violent storm of thunder and wind to lash out at her opponents. The move is powerful, raining down destruction over a small area in a short amount of time, but can be straining on Yue to maintain. But, it is doubtful whatever it was she was fighting survived the crash of lightning and the slice of the wind.

August: Sturgeon Moon (Water) The sturgeon moon is one of water and movement. When the streams teem with life and the water brims with energy and purpose.
Primary: Yue can cause water around her to surge, and can shoot it at any target of her choosing.
Secondary: While under this moon Yue can turn herself into a puddle of water. This puddle is very slippery, holds together, and Yue cannot be harmed while in this form.
Hyper: Yue can craft water into familiars, often fish-y in shape. This can range from large schools of fish, or massive singular whales. The smaller familiars will attack Grimm while larger ones will often sallow a Grimm whole and dissolve them or drown them.
Clutch: Yue draws all surrounding water towards her, and collects into a massive wall of water which she can use to block attacks or shoot at targets in high pressure torrents of destructive water.

September: Autumn Moon (color, nostalgia, rest) This is the moon of color and memory, under this moon the world prepares itself for the slumber that the long winter brings.
Primary: While under this moon Yue can produce a vivid show of color and emotion that can influence the feelings of Grimm. Typically this means that the Grimm is placated or in some way sedated which will cause the Grimm to be less dangerous. Often this means that the Grimm is put to sleep, or becomes disinterested in attacking humans.
Secondary: During this month Yue can see the emotions of the world around her in vivid colors.
Hyper: With a song Yue can cause any and all Grimm in earshot to drift off to sleep. The sleeping Grimm will be morphed into the dreams and nightmares of any nearby humans in vibrant colors, and they will exist so long as the lullaby continues, and will attack any nearby untransformed Grimm.
Clutch: With the activation of her clutch power Yue takes on the form of the nearby Grimm’s nightmares. She can then turn their fears physical, and destroy them.

October: Travel Moon (teleportation, spacial tomfoolery) The Traveler Moon is one of movement, of travel, of seeing what it is the world has to offer, and one’s place within it all.
Primary: Yue can redirection the movement of objects in her immediate vicinity. A Grimm slashing at her? She can cause those claws to slice into the side of that Grimm. A car barreling down on her? She can cause the front of the car to smash into itself! From an outsider’s perspective the object enters into a distorted space, only to appear elsewhere.
Secondary: Yue can immediately teleport to any location that is within her current field of view. This power also works with live video feeds, but not pictures or prerecorded videos. The teleportation is instantaneous, and she cannot get caught inside of walls or objects.
Hyper: With the activation of her Hyper power Yue can jumble the movements and actions of everything around her. Take a single step forward you might find yourself across the street, punch at Yue and you might find your hand instead striking the brick wall behind you, and so on. Yue has full control over what happens while this power is in effect.
Clutch: With the activation of this power, Yue is able to stop all motion in a field around her. Within this field time is not stopped, but whatever that is inside of it is frozen perfectly in place but still fully conscious.

November: Frost Moon (prescience, death) This is the moon of the frosted world, where life and death twist around one another as we all march from day to day, wary of what tomorrow might bring.
Primary: With a glance Yue can see the lifelines of a living creature, where it is they have come from, where it is that creature has left to go. It matters not if that creature is human, Grimm, or animal.
Secondary: Yue can cut the lifeline of a living creature. The creature does not survive.
Hyper: By taking hold of a creature’s lifeline, she is able to modify important events in the life of that creature. Change missed opportunities, make them a minute late on the day they were to die of an accident, make them look the other way the day the love of their life passed them by. She cannot effect lesser events, as she often cannot see them on the lifeline.
Clutch: With this power Yue is able to mend the broken lifeline of a deceased creature to revive them. However she needs to use this power soon after death before the broken ends of the lifeline start to decay.

December: Cold Moon (Cold) In the December sky hangs the cold moon; the moon of bitter winds and fridgid air. Under this moon all warmth is draw from the bone until no muscle can dare move again. Yue is unnaturally cold during this month.
Primary: With her primary power Yue can whip up cutting winds of dangerously cold temperatures. Wherever these winds touch, frost will begin to grow. She can freeze a Grimm solid if she is able to hit it directly with this wind and it isn’t able to find cover to hide behind.
Secondary: Around Yue, all warmth is leached from the air. The cold continues to spread outwards from wherever she is standing once she has transformed. The closer one is to Yue, be they human or Grimm, the harder it is to move, and prolonged exposure or attempts to touch her while this power is in effect can lead to severe hypothermia.
Hyper: In places where Yue has planted frost, dangerous spikes of ice are able to grow, though Yue can create other shapes and forms as well. Further, touching the frost while this power is active will cause the frost to quickly and continuously grow on whatever was unfortunate enough to touch it, even if the victim was able to get away from the frost and to someplace warm. Only Yue can stop the spreading of the frost.
Clutch: With use of her clutch power Yue can cause the temperature of her surroundings to plummet in a matter of seconds. She once used this power on an evacuated section of the commercial hub, causing shattered glass to slice apart a large Grimm. This also causes flash freezing of lesser Grimm, as well as the collection of frost which she can then use to harm any Grimm unlucky enough to be within range.

Blue Moon It moments of peak positive energy Yue can assume this form.
Primary: Yue can create a personal rain cloud of positive energy. The rain from this cloud boosts the powers of any witch it rains upon, and burns any Grimm which enter into the storm.
Secondary: Yue can make clones of herself using water. These clones have a positive emotional charge and burn any Grimm they come into contact with.
Hyper: With positivity at its peak, Yue can impart a positive charge to any liquid within the city. She has full control over any and all liquid given this positive charge, from shaping it to shooting it out as a torrent that causes any Grimm that touches it to melt.
Clutch: With any negativity that remains in the air, Yue uses it to boost the power of her personal rain cloud. She then sends the rain cloud up into the sky where it will expand and cause a downpour. The downpour holds the same effects as her personal rain cloud, as well as causing a feeling of euphoria in all humans caught in the rain.

Blood Moon In moments of true desperation the blood moon reigns. When all hope has been stripped from the heart of the audience, and only despair remains, then Yue will take this form, no matter the month or current cycle of the moon.
Primary: Yue can increase the effects of gravity on a localized point, pulling all nearby items of creatures towards the center of this gravity well.
Secondary: All objects and creatures trapped within a Gravity well Yue has created are suddenly and violently thrashed about within the well. This is nothing short of a blender of destruction and pain.
Hyper: Once activated, all objects around her have the effects of gravity upon them greatly increased. They will be pressed down, crushed against the ground until they are no more.
Clutch: With the activation of her clutch power everything around Yue will begin to deteriorate. Concrete will turn to dust, pipes rust, plants wither, Grimm turn unstable, and humans grow increasingly ill.

Lunar Eclipse Form This form becomes available to Yue whenever she is underneath a lunar eclipse.
Primary: Yue casts her shadow outwards, and whenever part of her shadow touches a Grimm, then that part of the Grimm will be erased.
Secondary: While under the eclipse Yue is able to step from one pool of shadows to another in a matter of seconds.
Hyper: Yue can draw all ambient shadows towards her current location and collect it at her palms. Once enough has been collected she can fire it off as a powerful beam that cuts through Grimm with ease.
Clutch: All light in the area is extinguished, no matter what the source of the light might be. Yue draws all the light into herself, then releases the collected light in a massive beam that burns through any Grimm it touches.

Solar Eclipse Form This form becomes available to Yue while she is under a solar eclipse.
Primary: Yue can create a sword of dark fire. By swinging the sword she can carve a swath of darkness in the air as well as through anything or anyone unlucky enough to be in the sword’s path.
Secondary: Yue can create an intense fire that burns dark, and consumes surrounding ambient light for fuel. This fire burns through most substances with ease though it is cool to the touch.
Hyper: In the air overhead Yue can create a black hole which will suck up all the light and any Grimm foolish enough to get close to her.
Clutch: When the black flames Yue controls have consumed all nearby ambient light, her clutch activates. Her flames spread rapidly outwards from wherever they had been positioned, scorching all who are unlucky to be near. Only Yue is able to see her surroundings while this power is in effect.

New Moon (Wishes) Wishes, the closer to a new moon, the more wishes are randomly granted around her. The wishes in most cases do not grant those with negative outcomes “I wish I would die” “I wish you would fail.” But that does not mean that the wishes can't take an unexpected turn. “I wish I was rich” which is then preceded by the person winning their next game of Monopoly.
Primary: “Make a wish for yourself. It must not be for anyone else, and it must be your wish alone. For, those are the only wishes which are truly granted.”
Wishes made in Yue’s presence are granted, so long as the important conditions are maintained. Further, the granted wishes don't always follow the intent of the wisher -- a wish for success might be granted during a particularly heated card game, a wish to do better on an important test might find one being a few points higher than their normal average. Wishes directing something happening to another “I wish they would die” have no effect.
Secondary: “What your heart desires, what your mind thinks, and what words escape your lips is often never the same. Instead, speak your mind, and let your true desires be known.”
Those around Yue find it much easier to speak their mind about what it is they wish for deep down - and for those who believed they desired nothing - when they are near Yue they find clarity about what they truly desire.
Hyper: “Make a wish for someone else. Wish them fortune, wish them them failure and pain, and watch as the whims of fortune make your desires known.”
When Yue makes a wish primarily affecting another person or Grimm, then that wish will come true. Though, the wish will not always follow exactly what Yue intended.
Clutch: “Wish upon me, grant to me all your good will every scrap and ounce you can muster, and I will make these nightmares fade.”
Yue pulls to her the collective wishes of everyone within the audience into an ever growing ball of energy. So long as she gains wishes the ball will continue to grow until Yue releases it. The ball will then ignite with a blinding flash, all but destroying any Grimm which come near.

Vorpal Gash. Nari channels her accumulated energy into a jagged rend in space, which runs for the length of whatever object she is holding. This renders the object untouchable to outside forces while encased in the anomaly, and regardless of any cutting edge, able to slice through most materials without effort. As soon as the object leaves her hands, the rend dissipates, leaving the instrument no worse for wear.
Secondary Power:
Void Flex. This ability augments the strength of any existing Vorpal Gash. Instead of merely extending to the length and width of the affected object, Void Flex allows the reach to be affected by kinetic motion. The harder Nari swings or thrusts her weapon, the further the tip of the rend extends. The faster Nari swings, the longer the trail left by the rend as it passes through the air.

Tsukinami. Nari’s weapon unleashes either a wave or a beam of power, depending on the motion she makes with her weapon. This attack is a rippling wave of the same spatial anomaly born of the Vorpal Gash, and as such, it is only capable of being stopped short of its natural extension (100 ft.) by some form of magical defense.

Transforming gives Teru a strand of twenty large ivory prayer beads. By expending a single bead, which turns it from white to black, she is able to lay a curse on a single object or entity. To do this, she must be holding the desired bead, and touch the target with the other hand. A mark will appear on the area touched, which will be impossible to remove unless the target is either destroyed or released from the curse. The marks bring a heightened susceptibility to fear, an increase in intrusive/paranoid thoughts, and a general miasma of "unluckiness" that causes events to have less of a chance of falling in the target's favor. Objects marked have a higher chance of failing, breaking, or acting in ways contradictory to their intended purpose. Each mark on a target stacks in effect.
Secondary Power:
Mark of Delusion.
Teru is able to manipulate the sensory input of a living target of her mark. The more frightened the target is, or the more marks it has, the grander the illusions she is able to conjure. Often, the illusions will take on a mind of their own, metamorphing from whatever Teru has conjured into reflections of the target's innermost fears.
Tertiary Skill:
Psychology is Teru's passion. With her knowledge and experience, she is able to intuitively read body language, and is innately aware of the mood of any room. In addition, she is incredibly introspective, and has acute control over her reactions to emotional states. While she cannot prevent herself from feeling them, she can withhold any substantial reaction, keeping calm under the highest levels of pressure and staying a strong poker face no matter how afraid she may be.
Hyper Power:
Calamity Proliferate.
For a short period of time (typically ten seconds, though Teru can stretch it to a minute maximum), Teru is able to place curse marks without expending, or even holding, her prayer beads at all. Unlike the prior marks, which only have a stacking effect, these are exponential, each new mark placed on the same object multiplying the effect by all placed marks. However, the marks do not activate until Teru releases her Hyper.
Clutch Power:
Fade Apparition.
If Teru is exposed to a sufficiently dangerous situation she sees as insurmountable, her clutch will automatically activate. Her body becomes intangible to all physical, magical, and mental means. She remains affixed to the ground, though if she wills it, she can travel up and down through solid platforms at will. This clutch power cannot be deactivated consciously. Teru will remain intangible indefinitely, expending negative energy until she passes out from exhaustion due to power use.

Hitodama, while transformed, passively creates a mass of bright blue bubbles. She is able to direct them to any location within sight. At base power, they generate weak repulsive fields, gently pushing away anything near them. With focus, however, this field can be augmented and directed, allowing Hitodama to manipulate, interact with, or slam objects around her with varying degrees of force.
Secondary Power:
Blue Portal.
As with her sister, Hitodama can create a blue portal that only functions in connection with a counterpart red.

When active, the two sisters act in near unison. Their abilities play into each other, rising in power and mixing until it is impossible to tell who's causing what in the resulting chaos.

Hitodama seems to mimic her sister's ability, generating a massive telepathic surge that shrieks static in the heads of everyone within a five kilometer radius. Those closest to Hitodama may be temporarily stunned, while those at the furthest reaches will only hear the faintest of cries. After this, she is emotionally and physically exhausted, requiring up to a week to recuperate.

Primary Power: Message in a bubble Mononoke stores words, feelings, a message, or whatever she wishes to convey into a little red bubble. This bubble will seek out its target and pops against them, in doing so it will deliver the intended message. With lesser Grimm she can implant certain ideas into their heads, and confuse them into attacking their allies.
Secondary Power: Red Portal Much like her sister Mononoke can produce a portal which only works so long as her sister has put one of her own portals down.
Tertiary Skill:
Hyper Power: Psychic Amp With this power the two sisters act as one mind and one power. Their magics bounce off one another, building and growing in potency and as the abilities start to mix until it is impossible to tell who is causing what to happen within the hectic scene.
Clutch Power: Telekinetic Tantrum Mononoke seemingly takes control of the powers of her sister as turns any and everything around her into a deadly missile of speed, brunt trauma, and physics. She can easily and quickly wreck a city block with this power, and is often lethargic and mentally deadened days following.
Primary Power: Chiaki can summon forth humming electricity to zap her enemies with sudden colored lightning and pain. If she is ever feeling drained and in need of a sudden boost, she can draw the electricity out of any nearby batteries.
Secondary Power: All technology, no matter how damaged comes to life at her touch. Destroyed phones find new life, rusted machines once more move, electricity deprived machines will somehow find hidden stores, even if their cords are cut. Likewise, even the most secure security systems melt to her touch.
Tertiary Skill:
Hyper Power: Chiaki can reconfigure the very properties of any device which has an electrical current. With this power Chiaki can give machinery new shape, bend their original purpose into one of her own design. She can turn a handful of obsolete cell phones into a gun, a car into a golem of metal and glass, a laptop into a sword with a buzzing electric blade. So long as she has the required materials to make what she desires, it can be hers. She cannot say, turn a single cellphone into a full car.
Clutch Power: Hominum ex Machina With this power Chiaki can jack into the mind of anything she touches, rewire them and bend them to her will. Control over the creature she has touched lasts only as long as the power is in use before the victim returns to their own senses. She can command more than one at a time, but each additional link is multiplicative rather than additive quickly harming her mind with the feedback if she isn't careful.
Chiaki can control humans as well as Grimm and animals, but the DDC works hard to keep that little tidbit a secret.

Twin. Mirrors don't function normally for Lina. Any surface that is capable of reflecting light will show, in place of Lina's image, a darker girl in a tattered dress. This, henceforth, is referred to as Lina's twin. Passively, the twin will mimic Lina's movements, though she can be directed through thought to perform differing tasks. Multiple surfaces will only create different vantage points for the sole twin. She possesses superhuman strength, speed, and stamina, on par with most older animalistic Grimm, and her hair-like appendages can move like sharp, tentacled whips. Any actions the twin commits to reflections of objects will instantaneously occur to the objects themselves. Reflections of objects are capable of harming the twin, which in turn will harm Lina an equivalent amount.
Secondary Power:
Through-glass. By touching any reflective surface at the same time, Lina and her twin are able to swap between the real and the reflected world. They are unable to take any objects other than their outfits with them. The reflected world functions similarly to a limited pocket dimension, technically without boundaries, though filled with formless black between areas where the real world is reflected. All motions in this world are reversed, so conscious effort is needed for those unused to it to do anything.

Hyper Power:
Reflection Pool. This ability requires Lina and her twin to be standing in the same location. Ripples branch out from where Lina and her twin stand. Where they pass, the ground turns reflective, tapering out twenty meters from their starting point. Any being in contact with the surface swaps consciousness with their reflection, and becomes bound to the rules of the reflected world. If Lina releases the hyper, loses consciousness, or dies, the ripples recede, and all beings who were affected by the swap return to their proper bodies.
Clutch Power:
Guardian Shadow. A smaller version of Lina's hyper manifests, creating a 30cm radius circle of reflection around her feet. Her twin crawls out, unbound by mirrored movement or direction, and begins viciously attacking whatever object is threatening Lina. For the duration of the clutch (until the twin is either destroyed or Lina is incapacitated), damage sustained by the twin will not affect Lina, and neither she nor her twin will have a reflection in any surface. Instead, the twin will shatter where injured, dissipating completely when it is dealt a lethal blow.

Primary Power: Takara sings, and this song causes plantlife to grow uncontrollably, starting from around her feet and spreading ever outward so long as she sings. Takara has full control over what plants grow, and plants will amplify the sound and strength of her voice. This growth is very quick, and Takara tends to make forests. Once she stops singing the plants created by her magic will wither and die, any plants which were already in the area will lose only their new growth and will be otherwise unharmed.
Secondary Power: Takara can control and move any plants within her line of sight as if it were an extension of her body.
Tertiary Skill: Takara is quite good with plants you know, she rather likes to nurse dying ones back to life.
Hyper Power: When her hyper power is activated Takara can turn any wooded plants around her, primarily trees or bushes into ents which can move independently of her direct will. These creatures will move to intercept and attack any threat within the ever growing forest Takara has created. Each ent will constantly sap her energy, the more plants turned into ents, the more energy that must be expanded to maintain them.
Clutch Power: All plants created by Taraka’s magic and within the influence of her song grow wicked thorns which will carve the flesh of any who enter into the forest, and the plants will sap the strength out of any who are carved by these thorns.
Primary Power: Fate’s Bindings Shizue can perceive the mental battlefield, the collection of wills of all those around her, and the way those wills connect and twist into other wills. Through the dragon she summons she can interact with this mental zone as her physical body cannot effect it.
Secondary Power: Shizue is able to summon forth a dragon which can directly attack the psyche or will of an opponent. If the creature which is being attacked has no internal will, or lacks any form of thought then the dragon will instantly kill it. When the will of a person is attacked, then her opponent will grow fatigued until they eventually slip into a coma or parish. This dragon cannot be seen, except through mirrors, and cannot be physically warded off. The dragon can be fought only by those with mental fortitude.
Tertiary Skill: Shizue is quite good at reading people and their intention at a glance.
Hyper Power: Around her, Shizue can pull the minds of any humans or high-tier Grimm as well as the physical bodies of lesser Grimm onto the mental dreamscape. Once within the mental battlefield the dragon can more easily damage the mind of Shizue’s target or devour any Grimm who happen to be pulled in.
Clutch Power: With this power Shizue is able to move her dragon from its normal conceptual plane within her mind to any other, typically with this power she makes her dragon physical so it can defend her in tough situations. While in this state the dragon is able to attack a threat both mentally or physically, or if implanted into a machine it can interface directly with electronics.
Primary Power: Marsha is able to summon a violent storm to ravage the area around her. The clouds are near, the rains heavy, the lightning close, the hail destructive, and winds able to knock most off their feet. She has limited control over the storm, beyond a vague push over the direction of the wind and the strike of lightning.
Secondary Power: Marsha is able to summon forth a nimbus cloud she can ride, she can also carry a passenger or two with her, with some strain.
Tertiary Skill: Marsha is quite a good meteorologist, in the last three years she has only gotten a few predictions wrong.
Hyper Power: Marsha can attack the opponent with a far more powerful and directed version of her storm. She can, however only use one aspect of the storm at a time, be it rain, wind, lightning, or hail.
Clutch Power: In a pinch, Marsha can create a widespread and violent hurricane. This is a highly destructive move, and one Marsha only uses if she is outside of the city proper, or facing a Grimm which could potentially do more damage to New Kyoto.

Short beams of focused, random-colored energy shoot from the tips of Aleta's fingers. The energy, while travelling, oscillates in a sinusoidal wave, which causes it to hum at a high pitch as it moves. Aleta has fine-tuned control over how this wave manifests, and as such, is able to compose entire melodies during her displays.
Secondary:
Bass Boost.
Aleta generates a wave of concussive force from her palm. This rapidly expands the air in a directed blast, which resonates with a loud booming noise reminiscent of an electronic bass. By altering the intensity, Aleta is able to control both pitch and duration of the noise.
Hyper:
Power Amp.
For around five minutes, all of Aleta's powers gain the following effects.
Lumitone - There is no duration on how long the beams can be shot, and they now are capable of curving to seek out opponents. The colors are no longer purely aesthetic; red light will conflagrate, blue light freeze, orange explode, yellow electrocute, green paralyze, and purple confuse. The colors are still random.
Bass Boost - Aleta can now charge the shockwaves by making a fist. They will thrum in a pulsating rhythm that rises in volume as they charge. Charged waves, when released, are able to explode multiple times (up to ten) by imploding upon themselves, each subsequent explosion a lower intensity from the prior.
After her time runs out, she becomes fatigued.
Clutch:
Doki-Doki Revolution.
A band of bright, black energy surrounds Aleta and a single target. Two panels resembling grids of three by three materialize under her and her opponent's feet, marked by four out-facing arrows on the outer middle squares. Anyone that attempts to break through the black band, inside or outside, will be flung in the opposite direction with equal force.
A pre-rendered announcement created by Aleta booms, signaling the start of the game, and holographic arrows facing random directions made of the same black energy as the band begin to descend from the center of the arena. Both players must match the movement the arrow(s) describe by pushing their feet on the corresponding arrows of their platforms. The arrows will increase in speed until either a player misses a step, or a player leaves their platform. In either of these scenarios, the black band will instantaneously disappear and materialize solely around the offender, closing to constrict them and dealing massive damage in the process. For humans, basic Grimm, and weak Lords, this is instantaneously fatal. Greater Lords can survive, though they may be grievously wounded.
